I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. I currently drive a Lincoln Town-car 09 and I love my big cars but it’s behind on times. I needed to upgrade to a more advanced model. I needed a sunroof, I needed Bluetooth and GoWheelMart found me so much more. Now I have Remote start, WiFi hotspot, Pano-roof, CarPlay, wireless connection (threw away my aux cord), navigation (don’t have to use my phone anymore) and a beautiful interior that is complimented by its exterior. I feel more confident and look more sophisticated, lol! I’m simply happy!
