I’ve had the privilege to work with Cesar Marques (Service Director) and his customer service support staff on a few different occasions over the last couple years regarding our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. The Jaguar XE is a sporty sedan with all the latest technology. It is fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger trunk.

Got this car 2.0 turbo diesel love it. Just wish it had remote start. Not really sure if mine had remote or not time read manual.

This card is a real gem. The interior is classy great color with all the extras. This is not a car that you see very often on the road it drives wonderfully and it's like riding on air. This car is absolutely gorgeous to drive and to look at.

I have wanted to own a Jaguar for many years. I see lots of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Tesla, in my area. Not too many Jaguars. It really makes you stand out and let people know you are not a sheep. There are better performance cars than the XE, but how fast to you really need to accelerate? My XE says it gets to 60mph in 5.4 seconds. I haven’t found a need to push the car to that limit. I’m more interested in the handling and the braking. I have AWD for the wet Seattle weather. It grips the road and comes to a stop very quickly. But, I mainly buy a car for its interior and ergonomics. This is where I spend my time in a car. The seats adjust 18 ways and have heating and cooling with separate controls for the seat and the seat back. The dashboard can be configured to show gauges, navigation map, driver info, etc. Right now, I display a full map on my dash, the speed and navigation turns on my heads up display, my music on the top console panel, and climate control on the bottom console panel. I have the optional Meridian 825w surround system. It sounds phenomenal. There is a nice dash cubby for my phone that is also a wireless charger. I have not used Apple Car play yet, as I keep about 5,000 songs in my phone for streaming. I will try it out soon. It’s easy to find a perfect driving position. I’m long armed and short legged, so some cars force my to sit closely and jam the steering wheel in my chest (GM, Honda). No problem in the Jaguar. Extremely adjustable. The clear sight rear view mirror is cool. The rear facing roof camera displays in the mirror so your view isn’t blocked by passengers. I look for excuses to go out and drive. It’s so quiet, I don’t hear other vehicles on the road. If I did, I could just crank the stereo. Exterior - I have a premium color called Carpathian Grey. It’s a metallic dark, charcoal color. It looks nice with the black package that gets rid of aluminum trim. I have the optional 19” black wheels. They look awesome. I have not had any reliability issues. The car gets better gas mileage than my last vehicle, a 2009 Mazda 6. Things I would change: There are only 6 presets for radio favorite stations. I have about 30 SiriusXM stations that I listen to. There are a mixture of 12-volt and USB ports. Why not just all USB?

I was searching everywhere and getting headaches trying to find a trustworthy dealership until I found this one. Have had this car for about 3 weeks. Car is running fine, performance is crazy. 6 cylinder turbocharged wow! Car had only a little over 20,000 when I got it. Have had a tear on driver leather seat..when I exited vehicle, and a tail light go out the 1st day. Car has features I have yet to find, much less figure out but am very happy with this purchase and the price. A dream of mine was to own a Jag. This one is AWD as well.

I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 from Jordan. He was very honest and straightfoward and there was no haggling on price. I asked about having the vehicle inspected and they transported it a mercedes specialist shop. There were repairs that shop said needed and they paid to have the repairs done. No argument . It has lots of zip and is a beautiful design. I like the interior as well. Easy to handle and has nice features. I especially like the back up camera. And I am a great fan of sun roofs..this one is nice and big. The visibility seems terrific as well. Smooth ride and looks sporty.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

Best car I have ever owned ! Beautiful, stylish and fast! I am a jaguar person for life now ! The most exciting car I have ever driven I had a mustang gt before I got my jaguar and there is no comparison to me the jaguar by far is superior!

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. I currently drive a Lincoln Town-car 09 and I love my big cars but it’s behind on times. I needed to upgrade to a more advanced model. I needed a sunroof, I needed Bluetooth and GoWheelMart found me so much more. Now I have Remote start, WiFi hotspot, Pano-roof, CarPlay, wireless connection (threw away my aux cord), navigation (don’t have to use my phone anymore) and a beautiful interior that is complimented by its exterior. I feel more confident and look more sophisticated, lol! I’m simply happy!
