I recently bought a used car from Avon Auto Brokers in Brockton, MA and had the best experience thanks to Robert Resende! He fixed and replaced anything that the car needed without being asked. The vehicle was in mint condition inside and out. He even noticed a crack in the windshield that was not apparent and had it replaced. New tires, brakes, oil change... you name it he had it done! The Jaguar XE is a sporty sedan with all the latest technology. It is fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger trunk.

I have wanted to own a Jaguar for many years. I see lots of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Tesla, in my area. Not too many Jaguars. It really makes you stand out and let people know you are not a sheep. There are better performance cars than the XE, but how fast to you really need to accelerate? My XE says it gets to 60mph in 5.4 seconds. I haven’t found a need to push the car to that limit. I’m more interested in the handling and the braking. I have AWD for the wet Seattle weather. It grips the road and comes to a stop very quickly. But, I mainly buy a car for its interior and ergonomics. This is where I spend my time in a car. The seats adjust 18 ways and have heating and cooling with separate controls for the seat and the seat back. The dashboard can be configured to show gauges, navigation map, driver info, etc. Right now, I display a full map on my dash, the speed and navigation turns on my heads up display, my music on the top console panel, and climate control on the bottom console panel. I have the optional Meridian 825w surround system. It sounds phenomenal. There is a nice dash cubby for my phone that is also a wireless charger. I have not used Apple Car play yet, as I keep about 5,000 songs in my phone for streaming. I will try it out soon. It’s easy to find a perfect driving position. I’m long armed and short legged, so some cars force my to sit closely and jam the steering wheel in my chest (GM, Honda). No problem in the Jaguar. Extremely adjustable. The clear sight rear view mirror is cool. The rear facing roof camera displays in the mirror so your view isn’t blocked by passengers. I look for excuses to go out and drive. It’s so quiet, I don’t hear other vehicles on the road. If I did, I could just crank the stereo. Exterior - I have a premium color called Carpathian Grey. It’s a metallic dark, charcoal color. It looks nice with the black package that gets rid of aluminum trim. I have the optional 19” black wheels. They look awesome. I have not had any reliability issues. The car gets better gas mileage than my last vehicle, a 2009 Mazda 6. Things I would change: There are only 6 presets for radio favorite stations. I have about 30 SiriusXM stations that I listen to. There are a mixture of 12-volt and USB ports. Why not just all USB?

Recently, I experienced the unfortunate event of getting a flat tire while traveling with my senior citizen mother and two Chihuahuas. We were nearing the end of a four-hour journey to visit my college student daughter. The tire had a tear in the sidewall. Although I had a spare tire, it had a “plug” in it, and I didn’t have the necessary tools to change the tire because they had been removed from my vehicle. It was around 5:15 p.m. on a Friday night. My first call was to AAA, but I was informed that I needed to text them due to an extended wait time. I then called Land Rover Roadside Assistance, where the agent explained that a tow truck driver could assist me in about two hours. They advised me to leave my vehicle where it was and put the key in the glovebox. However, given the situation, sitting by the highway for two hours was not an option. I next called Uber, but they informed me of their no-dog in cars policy. My final call was to Land Rover Fort Myers on S. Tamiami Trail. A very pleasant receptionist answered, and I explained my situation. She asked me to hold on, and then Albert Sammelian picked up the call. He mentioned that the porters had already finished for the day, but he would find someone to help me. Albert drove to my location with Paul Vaccari and brought me a loaner vehicle. I was genuinely amazed that they went out of their way to assist us in such difficult circumstances. It was Friday evening, late, and they probably had better things to do after a long day. Their kindness and helpfulness exceeded my expectations, and they truly went above and beyond in helping a customer. Did I mention that my car was also repaired in less than 24 hours? This is an amazing dealership with remarkable people.

Nothing beats jaguars exceptional service! Don't have to wait in a line like BMW and unlimited free washes :) 5 years 60000 maintenance ! I owned a 2016 XF and for 3 years nothing but great service and relaxing atmosphere while you wait!

I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 from Jordan. He was very honest and straightfoward and there was no haggling on price. I asked about having the vehicle inspected and they transported it a mercedes specialist shop. There were repairs that shop said needed and they paid to have the repairs done. No argument . This card is a real gem. The interior is classy great color with all the extras. This is not a car that you see very often on the road it drives wonderfully and it's like riding on air. This car is absolutely gorgeous to drive and to look at.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. Have had this car for about 3 weeks. Car is running fine, performance is crazy. 6 cylinder turbocharged wow! Car had only a little over 20,000 when I got it. Have had a tear on driver leather seat..when I exited vehicle, and a tail light go out the 1st day. Car has features I have yet to find, much less figure out but am very happy with this purchase and the price. A dream of mine was to own a Jag. This one is AWD as well.

It has lots of zip and is a beautiful design. I like the interior as well. Easy to handle and has nice features. I especially like the back up camera. And I am a great fan of sun roofs..this one is nice and big. The visibility seems terrific as well. Smooth ride and looks sporty.

I currently drive a Lincoln Town-car 09 and I love my big cars but it’s behind on times. I needed to upgrade to a more advanced model. I needed a sunroof, I needed Bluetooth and GoWheelMart found me so much more. Now I have Remote start, WiFi hotspot, Pano-roof, CarPlay, wireless connection (threw away my aux cord), navigation (don’t have to use my phone anymore) and a beautiful interior that is complimented by its exterior. I feel more confident and look more sophisticated, lol! I’m simply happy!
