I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

I love my jeep. But my biggest issue is if you live somewhere where it get cold and you don't have somewhere to park it like a garage, be warned it might not let you drive it no matter how long you let it warm up. I have had this for almost 2 years now and both winters I have had trouble with the dashboard lights coming on. Lights like collusion lights, engine, and airbag. The problem is when all these lights come on, it shuts the car off and refused to left you move or change shifts. I will admit the first time it happen, I accidently left my phone charger plug in over night. I have now made sure everything is unplug and off before I leave my jeep. But every time since, when the weather get cold and it still had this issue. I have reported this to the dealer ship I got my jeep from but they say it just the battery volt being low from the cold. But I need my vehicle to work due to my job being one where I work all years including holidays.

Came out of a Ford Fusion due to lease ending. Getting older, past 70 yearsof age, and my wife thought I would benefit from an suv with a higher seating position for entry and egress. My wife had a Grand Cherokee for 16 years and loved it. I drove it many times and enjoyed the versatility of an suv. Love my ‘21 Cherokee. The right size, great styling and image too. Power beaucoup with the V-6 engine and averaged 30 + mpg on road trip to Arizona and back. Interior is nicely appointed, the leather seating is good quality and comfortable. The Jeep handles well at all speeds and I feel safe and confident behind the wheel.

Tim is a nice salesperson, he is patient for helping customer the whole process, the only thing he can do better is to call back certain customer on time. Try not to let customer expecting the phone call too long.

Friendly, fast, and expensive. The repair was sudden and unexpected but I was able to get same day service. Turned out I just needed a new battery but it cost me over 500 dollars.

We purchased the least expensive vehicle on the lot and received the same attention as I would expect from a high dollar purchase. My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

I am almost 62 and this car buying experience was the best one by far! Everyone at the dealer including Flori and Steven were friendly, professional, and helpful. I would travel the 1.5 hours there again without a second thought.

While I can't speak for the sales department here, I can certainly speak highly of the service department! So much so that I'll probably check in with sales when the time comes for a newer vehicle. I started having problems with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues involving FCA recall #V62 Fuel Pump Relay. This issue left me with a Jeep that would intermittently not start. As you can imagine this left me stranded numerous times. I initially contacted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 service department and spoke with Laura Spinola. She was very knowledgeable about the recall. She gave me some pointers and I was able to get it started later that day. I proceeded to call around to see about this so called "interim fix. Other dealerships and FCA were of no help and actually told me there was nothing they could do. I was left stranded again the next day. I connected with Laura again and she was informed that the parts were available after all. Knowing how frustrated I had become being stranded again, she went the extra mile and said they would take care of the issue that night. And they did!!! Within an hour or so i was back on the road. I have never experienced customer service of this level. I will only have good things to say about Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 Service department. Laura, Rob and crew deserve all the praise. Thank you.
