I wanted to update my review with more details because in our experiences, Joey Domingo has had great integrity and treated us fairly. Twice in the last two years he has given us quality customer care. Several months after we bought a Tundra, they honored the reimbursement for a second key and fob as negotiated (always get it in writing-this is true with any deal). Joey wasn't in town when we stopped in, but another rep looked it up for us and squared us up. Our family, relatives, friends and more know we can rely on Affordable Used Cars. This isn't to say that their inventory has only perfect cars, you still should do a test drive, see a car fax, and whichever other steps you do when car shopping. Saw a post about lug nuts not matching or other items, I think sometimes people don't realize they are buying a USED car that someone else owned previously. Sometimes people are shady to Affordable Used Cars and do dirty tactics to hide a mechanical issue for a sale - Affordable IMO does there best to reasonably work with a car they accepted. Even though vehicles are sold as is, they honestly try to work with people if someone is vocal about a car not performing right - most dealerships also run into this at times. They also are great at replacing windshields or comping that cost. I highly recommend this business and we will continue to refer people to go with Joey. Joey/Affordable can often get you a better financing rate even if you have longevity with your bank.

A great looking car. We will probably never learn all of the features the car has. Dealer was excellent and no problems working with them. Only one thing not to like was the location of the Emergency Brake lever. Things seem to get set there, and locking the lever.

A positive and quick experience at Affordable Used Cars! Thank you for the great service. I wanted to sell an extra vehicle and went to two Anchorage main stream dealerships utilizing the Kelly Blue Book appraisal program. The cash offers I received were disappointing at best. Had a unusual and unpleasant experience buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler hybrid.After 10 days it stopped working- I was not getting much response from anyone but the salesperson. After 10 days of not getting much traction and being told there was no qualified technicians to fix the problem, no loaners, I was contacted by management who invited me to meet with them and resolve my issue. After meeting with Jon O. one of the GMs I was able to resolve this issue in a manner which was fair and acceptable. I just wish we had started sooner but things happen and I feel that the guys there do care about selling a good product and standing behind it.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

I purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn in January 2023. Lithia's dealer discount on outgoing 2022 models plus Ram's incentives made this a good deal for me instead of buying a 2023 model. I was out of the country during the purchase process, so I never stepped foot inside the Lithia South Anchorage building. However, the communication with salesman Evan Griffin via e-mail and phone was great. There was a problem with one of the Stellantis bonus cash codes not being recognized by the computer system, but through perserverance Lithia and I ultimately were able to resolve the problem and receive the bonus cash. General Manager, John, and Sales Manager, Ansel, also got involved when necessary. Overall, a great buying experience for my new truck. Highly recommended!
