Felt like I paid a fair price for a vehicle in outstanding condition. Trade in price was ok-not great but ok. Worked with Greg in sales who was a pleasure to work with. Spoke to Dan Ciotti of Hyundai 110 Farmingdale about leasing a 2023 Venue. He was straight forward - no games, no pressure, no haggling. No going back and forth to the manager, etc. Dan was very personable and easy to work with. He did not force me into the car that day. He gave me the opportunity to go home and think about it and check my finances. He was very knowledgeable about all the car's features I was looking for; and made the leasing experience easy. He made me feel so comfortable about this lease that I would recommend him to my friends and family.

My jeep compass is very good. I, been really happy with mine. The performance, suspension handling plus the fuel mileage is all pro's. Comfortable seating heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation apple car play etc. Really good resale value reputation. Good reliability, the ratings.

Was shopping for a truck and went to several larger dealerships who all were playing games. A friend recommended Novak. The showroom was super clean as so was the vehicle I was looking at. My salesman was upfront and not pushy at all. What you see is what you get . They gave a fair deal on my trade and I was in and out in a couple of hours. I currently live in Queens and attempted to buy local. I called my local dealers and managed to work up deals that's worked within my budget. The problem came when I arrived to pick my vehicle up. The pricing changed, the payment changed, what a waste of my time! This happened multiple times. I finally decided to reach out a little further and called Riverhead Dodge. A nice young lady worked up a lease for me and the pricing was actually better than others I received. It sounded to good to be true but I decided to take a trip anyway. After previous experiences, I prepare myself for disappointment. Fast forward... Upon arrival, I found my Jeep Grand Cherokee cleaned to perfection and ready to go. I was greeted by my sales person (Bonnie) with a smile, management was very welcoming as well. Bonnie went over my Jeep top to bottom, and explained every option. It was after that, I spoke to the finanacial person (Joe) who explained everything regarding my loan in great detail. At that point, I braced myself for disappointment but, to my elation,dissapointment never came! Nothing changed! The price agreed over the phone was the price I received . They even found an extra rebate for me, so the price was even better! Upon completion, the owner came out to thank me for my business! I've never been more impressed in my life. I am so glad I decided to keep faith and take the trip out to Riverhead! I highly recommend this dealership! This is a lovely place with an old world feel that I found was family owned and operated and it shows! Once again, thank you for a great deal and keeping your promises! I love my truck!
