Made an appointment for an oil change and to check other areas in the car. Amberlee was the service rep. She listened to my problems and started the process. My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in.
