Upon researching and looking for a new or used Ram, I ran across a low mileage 2022 Laramie at Champion, with a great price. After comparing buying a new Bighorn vs a used Laramie, the Laramie won out, due to the longer list of options, color and low miles (under 12K). I started the process through their chat, with Edward Godbold. He was very knowledgeable and honest, as well as personable. I decided to make the 40-minute trip to look at the truck, and I was not disappointed. After deciding to deal with them, I had them value my trade. The overall experience was very comfortable, from the chat to the finance office. I experienced no issues at all. This dealership has a great selection and great pricing, with lower than most dealership fees! They were transparent and upfront with pricing. I did have to return to the service department, 3 weeks later, for a rear end pinion seal replacement. I will write a separate review for that.
