Steve kept good contact throughout the process, the final repair price was what the initial quote for work, and he even stayed late a few minutes after the dealership closed when we came to pick it up. I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.
