What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Erik Brown was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He showed us what we first asked about but he listened to our comments / wants and showed us a vehicle that fit us and we ultimately purchased. He showed us the different features of the vehicle and assisted us in setting up items we weren't familiar with. Gary(used car sales) and Dan (financing) were also extremely helpful & friendly. Gary worked with us to come to terms we were satisfied with and Dan provided options (one that I chose) to provide better future service. The only reason I didn't rate the Buying Process as excellent was because your computer system was up & down and it took 2.5 hours to get the paperwork completed.
