I have a 2003 xtype manual AWD. One of the best cars I've owned. Had it 8 years now and no mechanical issues. I've replaced the front suspension parts as needed. Mine has 143000 miles on it and will still do 130 mph. Fun car to drive, and very reliable. The parts are fairly inexpensive if you don't buy from Jag. And any repairs or maintenance is pretty simple like any other car. It has gone through tires faster than most cars but still worth owning. The one problem I have with the car is, insurance tends to be really high for some reason. The car does depreciate fairly rapidly. I will have this car many more years.

It is never easy shopping for a hard to find car and having to look out of state, but I instantly felt comfortable the moment I talked with Brett on the phone about my dream car that he had in his showroom - a black 997 Turbo with 25k original miles. The technician at the dealer raved about Brett and the cars he brings in. As expected, the Porsche passed the PPI with flying colors. Shipping went very smoothly. I washed it first thing and quickly found that the car was in even better condition than Brett conveyed. We had done an extensive walk-around of the vehicle via FaceTime, but the car truly was even better in person. I am in love with my 997 Turbo, but if I get the itch for something different in a few years, my first call will be to Brett at Driveanything.com to see what he has!

This car is not for everyone (literally, just 740 were imported to the US). But if you want an affordable, exotic, high-performance car this is it. On bad roads and under full power it can be a handful, and you WILL get speeding tickets, but in 50 years of driving performance cars, this is the best thing I have owned. Like any performance car, it demands meticulous maintenance and repairs are more frequent and much more costly than my wife's Toyota, but it is the bomb.

CarMax treats customers as they should be when they are purchasing a car. They do not pressure you and offer great services. They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! Purchased used S 5-speed manual with 33,000 miles on it about four years back. Just passed 100,000 miles last month. Only one problem so far, with the passenger door latch assembly. We get about 37 MPG mixed city and highway, and 45-50 MPG in interstate highway driving. FWD and snow tires work fine here in Wisconsin. The turbo motor and 5-speed provide all of the acceleration one will *actually* need, and also provide those great economy numbers. As part of the Golf platform, it's a solid car and the handling is good. The ride comfort is also good, maybe enhanced by the taller 16" tires on the S version. Simple controls, without an overly complicated radio / info system. Manual ventilation controls (knobs) are a huge plus. With the rear seats down, it has about the same cargo space as our 2009 Subaru Outback: little narrower but also a little longer. Good outward visibility. Driver seat can get a little tiring after a long drive (4 hours or more) but it's comparable with other highway vehicles we've owned. Reasonably quiet inside considering it's essentially an economy vehicle. A very nice economy vehicle, though. We like it enough that we're considering getting another one before there are no more good wagons in the market.

It's fun to drive, versatile with lots of storage space and has reasonably good gas mileage (36 hwy/24 city). It has an amazing turn radius. Somewhat noisy during highway driving and kind of deficient infotainment/safety features. But it's been reliable so far (100k miles). And did I mention fun to drive?

I have owned many used cars. There are basically three tiers for used car dealers: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Automotive Network ranks with the best. I saw online, a 2014 Lincoln MKZ for sale. I called them and told them I would be there that day to look at it. When I arrived, I met Steve the salesman. He had the car ready to test drive; it even had a half tank of gas. Many dealers have you test drive a car with the needle on empty. I took the car for a spin and decided to buy it; the price was fair. Steve was very personable and mentioned the business was family owned. Back at the dealership, I met Tom the owner. I had a couple of minor questions with the car, and Tom was very accommodating to work with me. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them. It may cost you a little more at the time, but the quality of the cars they sell, will save you money on future repairs.

I love my Fiat Spider 124 Abarth. It has awesome acceleration and will get up and fly. I have had no issues with it. It handles incredibly well and turns on a dime. It looks awesome and people always ask what kind of car it is. I like owning a car that is not that common. It looks like a high priced sports car, but is reasonably priced. I am all in on my Spider. Best car I have ever owned.

An eye-catching Lambo can be an issue during these times of "share the wealth". It was a little more of an ego-boost when people would simply ooh and ahh instead of trying to grab a piece of your pie. Still, it's a wonderful mode of transpo within our gated community or off-roading in Beverly Hills.

I had a trade with a previous offer from another dealer and they matched it. Seamless process of of doing the paperwork and driving off. Mike Ellis did a great job of showing the car and taking us through the process. Unlike most dealers, the process is without pressure and back and forth nonsense.

I’ve had my 97 Town Car for a couple of years now. I only drive it on occasion and it still has only 42K miles. The car is stored in a heated garage and is in superb condition! So many people have asked me if I’m selling, but the car is so luxurious, that I just hate to part with it.
