After purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from a private sale, I noticed it had a transmission leak and had trouble finding a shop that would do the extensive repair. Mike Grimaldi did a great job selling me my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I purchased at the end of November and took advantage of some incentives the manufacturer made available at the last minute. Not only did I want a Grand Cherokee, but I wanted an option for automatic emergency braking. Mike knew this option and was able to describe it in detail -- in addition to all the other features of this vehicle. I remain pleasantly surprised by the features baked into my Jeep. I had such a pleasant experience. The entire staff was awesome. Very courteous, attentive and polite. Ollie Mercedes the dealer that worked with me was the best I’ve ever worked with. The receptionist Yaritza was adorable and very pleasant. Although I was there for hours due to the insurance company the staff made it easy and were very accommodating.
