I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I have not purchased from them, as I am still searching for the right car, but would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. Have to say my experience at RHCJ was wonderful. My salesperson, Mike Bart, was great. Very helpful. Unfortunately, when my Jeep Grand Cherokee had a little over 6,000 miles on it, I was sideswiped & the car had to go into the body shop. Well, Traylene happened to be assigned to my account. She could not have been nicer. She kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs & stayed on top of things the entire time the car was in for repairs. Can’t say enough about the very positive experiences I’ve had with this dealership.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Love my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland Reserve for hauling kids / traveling on vacation with dog included. All safety features work as expected and provide the extra level of comfort / safety we expect from a next generation vehicle.

Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I love my new Charger so much, I will be purchasing it when my lease is up. Thank you, Mr. Bellomo. Was a bit nervous that this vehicle would not be big enough for our family, but it has worked perfectly…plenty of room for all of us and our dog!

Overall a very good experience. My salesperson was knowledgeable, courteous, and was fair. I was detained a bit for the presentation of the extended warranty that made me a few minutes late to pick up my child, but overall, I'd buy another car from them.

I recently had bought a jeep from this dealership. I have never appreciated someone so much in my life. I am graduating college this year and wanted to treat myself to a new car. I have great credit for a college student but with this being my first "big" purchase, it was hard for me to get approved. I found a jeep there that I liked and I would settle for because it was cheaper and I would have a better chance to get approved for. It ended up selling the night before I got there. Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!
