This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. I bought this used with 20k miles on it. I’ve read lots of reviews where there’s not enough room. I’m 6ft and I have plenty of room to spare. I’ve read where there’s not enough power in the engine. Unless you’re planning on racing the car, there’s plenty of power. The car has lots of character. It’s a Jeep. What’s not to love.

Up until recently it has been a very reliable car good on gas very comfortable and very stylish but now but now it's starting to stall out install out that's not good go to see the dealer on Tuesday see if they can fix they can fix it I understand there's a recall outhe recall out on certain parts

Vehicle handles well easy to park and maneuver I don’t like the fuel tank capacity very small also I don’t like the fact it has no spare tire unless you purchase it for three hundred plus you offer a air compressor which is great for a slow leak but don’t get a blow out in the boondocks you’ll be screwed. I don’t think a space saver spare will break the bank.

Read some of the negative reviews thinking we may have gotten lucky with ours. We still own our 2017 Trailhawk that my wife uses for commuting to work. Bought it used from Hertz with 24K miles late 2018. Of course we bought an extended warranty. Sure enough, the right front brake caliper froze. Had the whole front braking system replaced under warranty and never had another problem with the brakes. Only other problem we had was an occasional transmission hesitation that only seems to happen when I’m driving it. Happened about twice a year. My wife never experienced it because she drives like an “Old lady.” Oh, cigarette lighter fuse burnt out one time while using an air compressor. It was a royal PITA to replace because it’s hidden deep under the DS dashboard. You’ll have to remove the knee panel to get to it with very little space. We have the smaller screen infotainment system. Very basic but works ok. Backup camera is small and barely useful, but works. Engine noise can get loud from a four cylinder Tigershark. Other than those issues, this Trailhawk is a blast to drive. The Tigershark is a beast and enough to get this tiny AWD out of any spots where most of its direct competitors would get stuck. I didn’t like its AWD at first until I realized that the “Fresh” tires Hertz installed before we picked it up were cheap asian made all season touring tires that were slippery on any road surface. After replacing them with proper tires, this tiny SUV can go anywhere though i still wouldn't dare bring it to where the "Real" Jeeps can go. I've taken ours through gravel, sand, mud, some rocks, and snow. Hasn't failed me yet. Knock on wood. We've driven it from FL to NJ without any problems. It's tight inside as expected. The engine pulled our heavy load easily. We've also been blessed to own a Tigershark engine that doesn't burn excessive oil. Yes, they do exist. The ride can get jiggly from the short wheelbase. Handling is good with good tires, but treacherous with bad, cheap tires. One note on the realtime AWD system in normal mode. There is a slight lag transferring power to the rear wheels. Similar to most realtime AWD systems in the market at this price level. Our Honda Pilot with VTM4 torque vectoring AWD system doesn't have this issue as a comparison. Follow a good maintenance schedule with this little beauty and they can last a long time.

Very welcoming gave us a tour of the entire place and made us feel at home! Very easy to work with on top everything else. Great deals are what got us looking but the sales service is what made the sale! Would definitely recommend

I would like to share the positive, outstanding experience we had with Blake McGuire at Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet in Loveland. He not only responded promptly to our inquiry in the evening of the availability of the Equinox EV, but, set up an appointment with him the next morning. He is not only is extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, but, was very patient explaining the features of the different models and had us drive the two different models. The entire process from beginning to the final steps of leasing the Equinox EV RS3 vehicle was amazing with all those involved with the deal. I Really like this car I bought it used and have driven it for a good couple of months Car works great love the jeep style on the outside and inside you'll never forget what your driving! Two complaint's are that the car rumbles quite bad and my cars transmission likes to have hiccups but everything else about the car is great.

We purchased a 2016 Volvo V60xc with 96k miles on it back in late June of this year. I gotta say, I was a bit nervous buying a used car from a small dealership but Leno and his team were immediately friendly and accommodating. We were looking for this specific model and year of Volvo and felt comfortable with the mileage as this was a local one owner car. Leno provided us with a CarFax report and gave us opportunity to do two test drives. We were already approved for financing with our own bank but we decided to let Leno shop financing and sure enough he beat our bank’s rate by almost a full percentage point with another well known local credit union. The buying experience was super easy and relaxing. We took the car home on a Saturday and all was well for the short drive home. Sunday we took a drive that was our first real test of the car. Much longer than our two test drives that only included a short stretch of freeway from the dealership up one exit to Wadsworth and back. To our horror after a bit of freeway driving we noticed a strange vibration that wasn’t present on the test drives. When we got home I emailed Leno and informed him of the issue. He responded quickly on Monday and asked me to bring the car to their repair shop to have it looked at. I did some research in the meantime and discovered that it was likely a failed U-joint on the driveshaft which only became obvious as the vehicle heated up on a longer drive. My local Volvo mechanic also suggested that as the cause. Sure enough Leon’s technician verified that it was in fact a failed driveshaft. After the diagnosis and to my absolute delight, Leno called to say that he and the owner of the dealership would like to replace the driveshaft at no cost to us. Literally a day and a half later the car was back in our hands driving as good as new. We’re now over a month into owning this car with absolutely no issues since the driveshaft repair. I can’t thank Leno enough. Buying any used car comes with risk, but thanks to Leno and the Carboard team we had a fantastic experience. Thanks again Carboard!

85000 miles on it and the only issue has been a starter problem, it’s going bad and I will replace soon. The moulding at the front of the removable roof panels started to separate. Other than that it has been an awesome vehicle and I feel like the 2.4 has plenty of power.

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

The Jeep Renegade is very comfortable to drive, the seats are able to pull forward and push back to make it a comfortable driving experience for any size/ height. The interior design is beautifully rugged. This will not be my last JEEP purchase, for sure.
