Used 2021 Jeep Wrangler for sale near Ilchester, MD

I had a really great experience purchasing my first car at heritage! Our salesman was Trevin and he went above and beyond! He was very kind and personable and helped us through the whole process!! We also had Jacque as our finance manager for the sale of the car and he was really great! He was very easy to communicate with and walked me through the whole process with a lot of patience and kindness! I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

There are not enough stars in the rating system for Mini of Towson and Mike Edwards! The entire buying process was amazing. Super fast, courteous, and every detail covered with thoughtfulness. The entire no-pressure sales/buying process was easily the best car buying experience we?ve had. If you are looking for a Mini, Towson Mini is the place to go!

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

Purchased as a retirement gift. Met or exceeded all my expectations. The 2021 Islander has the 4cylinder turbo engine and is smooth at all applications.

I found a dream car at Trust Auto. As name describes, they are trust worthy auto dealers. After a put deposit on a car for my wife, she changed her mind. I just flipped as I had just spent a lot of money and Minn, my salesman said they will try to refund the money. Try scared me by behold the money was refunded. That is being as honest they can be. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff, no pressure and smooth purchase. I had my car transferred from another CarMax dealer with no problem and they actually transferred two that I was interested in. This was great, as I was torn between the two and was able to test drive both and make a decision. Very happy overall!

I was randomly shopping around for an oil change service in the area and called this dealership’s service department. I was hesitant as I don’t have a Ford/Lincoln but the website stated it services all makes and models. Spoke with person in their quicklane department and he seemed hesitant but said “yes” they could service the vehicle. Received reasonable price quote however oil change services are only done on a “first come first serve basis” and they don’t allow for appointments. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t allow me to be dependent on a shop that I can’t make an appointment and it would have been an inconvenience work and schedule wise for me to get the work done there. I did call another time for a sales question and inquiry and their salesperson Jess was very friendly and accommodating. Inventory that they show online seemed to be accurate and in stock on their lot!

I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! I purchased it in September 2022 and it was more than I imagined, the drive is very smooth. The staff at Passport really know how to treat and assist their customers, I was so pleased with the customer service I got from my salesman Adrian as well as my finance manager Carlos. White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth.
