Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Regular services like oil changes and tire rotations are usually quick, especially if scheduled in advance on their online portal. No we didnt get what we wanted, but we were given goals and timelines to meet those goals, because' they work for you" and are trying to build a relationship not a bankroll. We love this dealership. They have our best interest first and foremost. you just have to go in with an open mind not a strong opinion. Especially if your credit is not so Kosher. There is always a solution never a problem.

Had an appointment at 9 o?clock for a recall on the backseat headrest and an oil change. Told the check on the headrest might take a day or two. I decided not to do the recall and then the service guy came back and said they could do it in 30 to 45 minutes. Don?t understand the requirement of a 9 o?clock appointment if the testing was gonna take a whole day or two.

As usual, the facility is clean and associates gave excellent customer service. I was pleased with the level of focused care and attention the associates paid to my needs.
