I've been buying New cars from them since 2016: 2016 Ram, 2018 Demon, 2021 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Challenger Redeye and 2023 Demon170 and time after time, they consistently show me that they value my business and why I shouldn't go anywhere else. Up front pricing, easy to deal with staff, even the leadership team is happy to field my questions/calls. They dont pad the purchases with trumped up fees (zero doc fee), and they genuinely care about their customers. I have bought more cars from this one dealership, than any other, and its because of the PEOPLE. I can get my Dodges from anywhere, BUT I chose to get them from Steve White Motors, because of the great people and fair prices (better than fair, exceptional)! Heck, I even buy my dodge parts from them :) Genuinely love this place, they make it feel WAY less like the typical car dealership and more like visiting friends (who you just happen to buy cars from)!

My baby & I went to get a car recently. I don’t have the best credit & I just came back to work after maternity leave. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life.
