I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco from Bates Ford, and I can?t say enough about how great the experience was with Scott Dickens. Having worked in automotive sales myself, I usually walk into a dealership very direct, well-researched, and only when I?m ready to make a deal. Because of that, I hold pretty high expectations. From the very start, Scott exceeded them. Unlike another Ford dealership I visited in Clarksville, Scott greeted my wife and me warmly and genuinely. He immediately grabbed the keys for multiple Bronco trims and colors I was interested in, making sure we could take our time and see exactly what fit our needs. As someone who?s been in sales, I appreciated how he asked all the right questions?focused on ensuring we got what we truly wanted while still moving the process forward efficiently. We ultimately landed on a black Bronco that had just arrived on the lot and hadn?t even been PDI?d yet. Scott apologized that it wasn?t cleaned up yet, but that didn?t bother us at all?it showed how new the vehicle really was. I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up
