Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

Jeep passing jobs have been corroding at welds & hinges due to 2 diff. Metals built together. Issue for 15+ years!, recalled opens need to be addressed, my 3 rd wrangler and loved it! Great freedom ride, sport driven, outdoorsy attitude, love Jeep Wrangler the makers need to fix this cheap paint job causing our jeeps to rust prematurely!

I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

My truck maintenance was handled promptly with professionalism. When I went to pay for the service however, they wanted an additional 28$ on a 1K bill to use a credit card. A debit wouldn't incur this fee. This seems like usury and seems over the top.

I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.

2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

Purchased as a retirement gift. Met or exceeded all my expectations. The 2021 Islander has the 4cylinder turbo engine and is smooth at all applications.

I needed to move my preset appoint to a sooner date due to meeting my milage prior to my maintenance check-up date. The dealership was able to accommodate me even though this was a busy weekend. I was pleasantly greeted and given an estimated wait time since that what I chose to do. To my surprise my car was ready sooner than suggested. I was very happy with the service that I received.

I am new to Wrangler and have not had it long enough to speak to the overall reliability. However, it has been every bit of what I had expected. I am glad I got the JL as it has many preferred features over the JK. I am keeping mine stock but a buyer can do anything they like to modify their Jeep. It is a true do what you like vehicle, very versatile. Enjoy.

I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.

There were no hidden fees or sneaky sale tactics. Straight forward and honest! Would recommend.

i have a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a 6 speed ..at 18 000 miles they had to drop the tranny ..now at 49 000 they will need to do it again and its pissing me off. Plastic parts in a tranny is stupid . And a reverse gear too pointy and too thin ..Seriously ? You know its an issue and still no recall?

The manager that was on duty there was also great with good qualities as well. I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there. Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

This is the third Jeep Wrangler I've owned. The first was a 2012 and the second a 2021. Jeep has stayed true to the formula but the additional refinement in the 2024 Rubicon X is welcomed since we use it as a commuter vehicle. Looks are total bad-xxx but it's much more refined than previous years. The leather interior is beautiful, it's a little quieter, and the creature comforts like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and heated seats/steering wheel are great to have. I'd recommend the V6 engine. The 2.0L 4 cylinder is underpowered and noisy. I can't speak for the 4xe version. Unfortunately, the price of these Jeeps has skyrocketed in recent years. I'm guessing it's due to the demand. Bottom line: there's nothing not to like about this Jeep. Simple to operate (you don't need a training class for the infotainment system) and so many options to personalize it to make it your own.
