Truly an efficient and effective experience at this dealership. This was my first experience with Thompson Buick Cadillac and given how things went, it will not be my last. Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

Fantastic customer service, on the phone and in person. Saw the car on-line in Central Florida and was contacted by Dan in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I flew up to Raleigh the next day and Dan arranged for transportation from the airport. Met with Dan and Dave at the dealership and was very impressed with them, a font of information about the car. Drove my 1995 Jaguar XJS off the lot after an hour, very happy with the purchase. Great drive back to Florida with the top down! I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

I was interested in a suv I called on a regular to ask questions and got answers Charlie was very helpful he seemed to be pretty honest I went there from Washington DC to see the vehicle but didn’t have time to really check it out when I drove it I felt a little vibration and was told it was the tires because it had been sitting so I decided to pass because it wasn’t a warranty and I had to get back to DC didn’t want to take any chances otherwise I had a good experience dealing with Charlie I just wish I could’ve had more time to check it out if I can get someone to go back to check it out I might go back to buy it or if they would put new tires on it to assure me that it’s just the tires one other thing I had to find a bank to purchase a cashiers check because they didn’t finance out of state that was what took up a lot of my time I’d also like to say I wasn’t pressured in any kinda way like big dealers Charlie was very patient

Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

The '03 TJ's hit the sweet spot in the '97-'06 line. They were the last major revision, especially with the 'TUPY' cylinder head, and parts revisions in '04-'06's, well, have issues. 'TJ' means (last) True Jeep. The 4.0L '03's are special. You ride in a car, you drive in a Jeep.

I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.

Love my rubicon 2nd one I’ve had 2. 0 is nice would not have believed it but runs out fast with lots of power off roaming a pleasure

Jeep passing jobs have been corroding at welds & hinges due to 2 diff. Metals built together. Issue for 15+ years!, recalled opens need to be addressed, my 3 rd wrangler and loved it! Great freedom ride, sport driven, outdoorsy attitude, love Jeep Wrangler the makers need to fix this cheap paint job causing our jeeps to rust prematurely!

I am new to Wrangler and have not had it long enough to speak to the overall reliability. However, it has been every bit of what I had expected. I am glad I got the JL as it has many preferred features over the JK. I am keeping mine stock but a buyer can do anything they like to modify their Jeep. It is a true do what you like vehicle, very versatile. Enjoy.

Metric has some top of the line cars on their lot.I did my research through CarMax and choose to get the Lexus from Metric, and was approved in just a little time. Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

Test drive with my daughter’s and we both loved it. Drives like a Jeep and with 63k miles was nice and tight. Looked the same as the 2017 on the lot. No frills great little base model.
