My daughter who is attending Dartmouth College recently had a service problem with her car. We live 15 hours away so I was trying to help her resolve her car issue from a far distance. John Avery in service was wonderful! He kept me up to date on what the repairs were and did his best to speed the service along so my daughter would have her car returned to her as soon as possible. It turns out mice had nested in her car and eaten their way through a number of wires. John and his team thought everything was fixed, and then, they discovered another small spot. They wanted to make certain our car was in good condition before they returned it to our daughter. The dealership is over 45 minutes away from my daughter. She was having a very hard time finding a friend to take her to pick up the car since it was in the middle of exam week. John told me he would take care of her. He drove the car back to my daughter himself and had someone from the dealership pick him up. That is what true customer service is all about. I would definitely recommend Benson's to anyone! Thank you for your help from a mom who really appreciates it!
It was a great and smooth experience getting a new car here at Team Nissan North. On my pickup day, the drove to my location to pick me and within an hour, I was on my way home driving in my new ride. They were super-patient with all the many questions I had even when they stayed overtime just to serve me. The staff exceeded my expectations!
Purchased my Grand Cherokee from this dealership from over 900 miles away. They kept me in the loop while my vehicle was being built and took great care of me when I flew up to NH to pick it up.
Needless to say they have great pricing and fantastic customer service and will only purchase from them in the future.
Pulling our trailer to VT for vacation the Park sense would not let us back up. Not good for a back in site. We called another local Jeep dealer who could NOT help us for two weeks.
Called Lambert who fit us right in. Stephanie, service advisor and Justin, service tech had not heard of the Park sense issue on a 2016 Grand Cherokee but went out of their way to find a computer update resolved our issue quickly so we could continue to the campground.

Theae guys are awesome. Little staff turn over means a very knowledgable group, and it shows. And as a dealer, I have never dealt with one that felt more like dealing with my local off road shop. Friendly, helpful, and not looking to needlessly empty your wallet.
I loved walking in to the dealership and not feeling any stress or pressure. My entire buying experience was that way. Mike and Ted listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find the right vehicle for me. I felt like I was talking with old friends rather than people who were trying to sell me a vehicle. I have already told several friends and family to go to Hillsborough Dodge for their next vehicle purchase.
Jessica, in service got me in on just a few hours notice saving me time off from my work. All people there are friendly and help full. Makes you want too be a return customer.
