I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

My experience was awesome in dealing with all of the people at Cadillac of Norwood, form my sales person to the finance person, all top notch service. I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

I found the brothers who run this dealership genuine and honest. Normally, I assume that even a well priced car has a bit of wiggle room but David would not budge on the price which I found refreshing as opposed to large dealerships who never give you their bottom line price. David gave me his best price first!! The vehicle was well prepared for me and they have been extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this small and honest place!

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

Bought the vehicle with 30,000 miles. Turned over 100,000 this week after four years. ZERO unplanned visits to the dealership. Just normal oil, filters, wipers. Since we tow a 3500-pound boat, decided to replace the brakes at 80,000 miles, turns out there was still plenty of material left. Infotainment screen developed minor delamination this spring. Was still working fine but decided to replace it anyway. Easy replacement job for $350 with YouTube help. Lowest maintenance vehicle we have ever owned.

Have had great experiences here.bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago that I’ve had no problems with. we just passed it down to my Daughter.A couple months ago we went and bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we test drove it we mentioned that the rotors looked a little beat up when we went and picked up the jeep it had brand new Pads and rotors on all 4 tires. We only mentioned the front. They go above and beyond to make sure there customers are happy. Defiantly will be going back for a third vehicle next year when my other daughter gets her license

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

The staff is great to talk to and are so helpful and will make sure that the car is in the best condition it can be before you take it off the lot. The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

I have that car and I’m happy with it. Yes it have some problems, need some care, you can just go to speedway and fuel up it would be your last fuel up with diesel on speedway. To previous review: I bought the car with 185000 miles. After I fuel up at speedway 😁, I sen car to dealership. They replace entire emission system with brand new. No problems after that. Just fuel up at good stations, I prefer Sheetz or BP or shell. About $300 oil changes: I do my oil changes by my self: 2, 5 quart oil canisters and $25 filter and it’s don for $75. I change oil every 5k miles. About fuel filters: I do it by myself too. So 2 filters on Amazon for $17-25 and you have done it for $35-50. I change them every 20k miles.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I worked with Frank McKanobb when I stopped by to look at the GV80 a week or so ago. It was the day after the last big snow we had and he was in a great mood the whole time. Didn't seem bothered or annoyed that he had to scrape ice off a car for me for 15 minutes before I could drive it. I apologized a few times, but he seemed genuinely glad to help me. 2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

This is third Jeep I have leased and best yet. Summit Reserve Trim is amazing. Great performance and many comfort features. Performance from the v8 Hemi is amazing.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.
