Took my 97 Chevy Siverado with 225,000 miles in because it wasn't firing on a cylinder they tore it apart and found a torque bit inside from when it was built it bent an exhaust valve and broke the head they replaced the head and installed a new timing chain and gears and now this thing runs like brand new. Randy kept me informed on the damage and repair process in a timely manner. I really appreciate the care and work they did to my vehicle.

This vehicle is comfortable, I was looking to downsize and the wrangler met my needs. I'm happy that I chose this type of vehicle. I've always wanted one.
I had a great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and genuinely nice! Event the General Manager and Dealership Owner assisted in my car buying process. I would and will recommend Green Country Ford to anyone looking to buy a car! And my salesperson Ryan Gray was fantastic!

I never liked the cherokees. My previous SUV a pathfinder served us well for 13 years. Thought we would be driving another but took a cherokee for a test drive and we were sold. We picked the limited with the six and boy does it move. Regular gas a major plus , all the bells n whistles of the pathfinder and better mileage to boot.
I have nothing but good thing's to say about him. He is new at this game, but he handles himself like a caring professional. He is not pushy and he will listen to what you have to say. He Will help you to find exactly what you're looking for.if you need a new vehicle, then Jeramiah Smith at Bob Hart Chevrolet. IS the one to go see!
I have been a luxury car driver for more than 2 decades, and finally decided to get something FUN. Purchased 2019 JLUR. This is a beast!. Will climb over darn near anything right off the dealers lot w/out having to do lift kits and all of the extras that people spend money on. The freedom panels come off and store in the back easily and can be done by 1 person. This gives you the feel of the classic 80's Targa top, or a convertible. Going to enjoy this vehicle for YEARS to come!
This car met all our needs its excellent room just what my wife was looking for comfortable looks great and she loves the colors the sun roof was a hit with my wife
The most fun car I have ever owned. The engine is its biggest attraction. 6.4 L naturally aspirated. You can hear it breathe and has lightning-quick response. (Sounds better than the 6.2 L with supercharger of the Trackhawk version in my opinion). It has 3 lives: very soft with hardly touching the throttle until 2200 rpm. A mid band up to 4000 rpm with plenty of torque - good for overtaking etc. Above 4000 rpm pedal to the floor: raw and loud beasty mode. Handling es excellent. Had a BMW X5 (4.8 L) in the past as well. The Jeep SRT is much more fun, as practical as the BMW, but more reliable and cheaper to maintain. Improvements to the Jeep grand Cherokee SRT? Could do with a front camera to help with low parking ridges. Mirrors should fold automatically, not on a pushbutton. Most of all however: Jeep should not put the Pirelli run flats on as standard fit: strong tires, but very noisy and not particularly grippy in the corners. I hear other owners say Yokohamas (Parada Spec X) and Hankook (Ventus ST-RH-06) , both non run-flats, are better. Overall a car that is very easy to live with in daily life, with some fun added by the fantastic engine and drivetrain.
I needed help looking for a new car and EJ helped me out quite a bit. He explained everything to me and made it real simple. Thank you EJ!

Great color, interior and ride.....Many compliments since buying this car. Others want to know where I got this vehicle and was I impressed with the dealer where I bought it.
I’m a nurse living in an area with unpredictable winter weather, so I prioritized getting an SUV. I loved the look of the Cherokee and the interior design! I bought a 4 cyl model and have been so impressed with the vehicle! Excellent gas mileage, averaging at 27 mpg. I am 4 years in now, and love it as much as the day I bought it! I have never had any problems with it and have already placed nearly 100,000 miles on it. Would recommend this vehicle to anyone!
We were out shopping for a car due to an acident.. when we walked in we were meet at the door by jarrod lutz.. he was understanding and kind.. listen to what we wanted and what we were looking for.. he and cory was able to get me into the car we were looking at.. i would recommend anyone looking to buy a new car go and see jarrod and cory at bob hart here in vinita.. will i go back if i need another car.. yes i would.. they are very cosiderate there..

Only a few things I would change. I did not get Xm Radio and wished I had. I wish it had a rest area for my left foot on the drivers side. A way to move the seat bottom up and down would be a great feature.
I had talked to a few dealerships and it seemed like the salesman never really listened to what I wanted, but I talked with EJ and he knew exactly what I was wanting. I appreciate all of his help.

Mechanics Told Me it Never Comes in the Shop

I heard 2011 was a great mechanical year for the Jeep Wrangler. Thus far, it's lived up to its reputation. A few problems here and there, but that's to be expected during the natural life of a car. My problem is finding someone who is a good diagnostician and/or who is honest and willing to fix my car in lieu of trying to sell me a new one.
I rented one for a week.
The Bad:
The steering is vague at best. The vehicle wanders on the highway and you are constantly correcting with the so-so steering.
The ride is stiff/jarring on the road as well (no off-road experience, but it's probably good).
God forbid there is anything over a 5 mph wind on the highway. It's a square box and square boxes get blown around the road.
The interior controls are oddly placed (feel like after-thoughts), but you can get used to that with time.
The side mirrors are oddly shaped and I am still not used to them.
Expensive for the level of refinement you get.
The Good:
I think it looks great, exactly like it's supposed to.
I also like the drivers view/vehicle height.
The acceleration is pretty good if you wind it up, but it's stumbled a few times on me.
It handles high-speed turns better than I expected (maybe a trade-off for the stiff/jarring suspension) but it sticks in the turns.
Conclusion:
I'm sure Wrangler people love it. It's probably the best Wrangler ever. But if you are not a Wrangler guy, I don't think this vehicle will make you one. I prefer the Cherokees to the Wranglers, but I can see how this vehicle could be fun, for a limited time. For everyday driving...it's not my cup of tea. To be fair, I didn't have it more than a week.
Nice sized SUV with lots of amenities. Solid interior to stow all my stuff. Comfortable for the adult family of four. A great upgrade from my 200K ride. Looking forward to beach season.
Very reliable cars. They go for years and thousands of miles without any problems. And very easy to get fixed or find any parts. I’ve had a few of them so far and I’d always recommend a grand cherokee.
This vehicle has everything I wanted. I love that it’s spacious. I’ve always love me the way the Grand Cherokees looked and always wanted one, I’m VERY HAPPY that I have one now! Worth it!
Called on a new Impala and Bob Buford was there to help me through it all. Never had I had a better experience when it comes to wanting to buy a car. Thank you Bob Buford and to all my new friends at Bob Harts for all the help!
