Recently I had an issue with my vehicle that was an intermittent problem. I worked with the service Rep, Brian, to deal with the issue. Instead of just saying there was nothing wrong with it after checking the vehicle in the service dept, he suggested leaving it with them so that they could run the car and then check the problem. This service was covered under my warranty so they were not just trying to get more money from me. I really appreciated his trying to resolve the problem I was having! The funny thing is I saw the new 2022 Kia soul and decided to turn my current Kia Soul in and purchase the new model from them.

They may not have the largest selection or the biggest showroom, but the Customer Service was top notch. Incredibly easy and worry free shopping and buying process and friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be much happier.

Absolutely love this dealership. We recently purchased our third car. We returned to Putnam Jeep because we had a great experience with our last two grand Cherokees and trust them. This time we were searching for a very specific used Wagoneer. I had looked at a few other dealerships locally that had the car and the sales experiences were terrible (salesmen knew nothing about the cars, had a take it or leave it attitude and were more interested in my trade than selling me a vehicle). So even though at the time Putnam Jeep didn’t have what we were looking for on the lot, we decided to go to the dealership we trusted. They went above and beyond to find the vehicle we were looking for at auction. Special thank you to Mark and Steve who both did a great job keeping us informed and finding the right vehicle at a great price. Working with them doesn’t feel like the typical sales experience that leaves you feeling wheeled and dealed. They are so kind helpful and fair and knowledgeable. They know so much more about the vehicle lines they sell than I would ever even need to know; but it’s completely impressive and helpful when buying a new car. A painless experience. I searched for a car with the options I wanted and they were the closest to me. They made the experience super easy. and it happened quickly. I was motivated by the approaching price hikes brought on the the tariffs.

I visited multiple different vehicle dealerships and explain to everyone that I was not immediately looking to buy a vehicle but will be in the coming weeks due to relocating to Connecticut and Kia of Old Saybrook’s Custome Advocate Anthony Russo was extremely understanding and helpful through the whole process and ultimately the reason why I chose to go with Kia. Showed me multiple different models and was not pushy or overbearing at any point during the experience. After deciding on a lease for a new Kia Niro PHEV I dealt with the service manager Alex Pashchak to get the final financing paperwork done and he was also terrific and not pushy at all, explained all the extended warranty packages to me in detail and helped set one up that would work perfect for me in the future. Anthony made sure to introduce me to the service department and set up my first appointment with them before I left (they were also terrific) Anthony also made sure he’s been available over the phone anytime. I had any questions about the vehicle and even reached out afterwards to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and if I had any more questions. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anybody I know looking to buy a car to go to Kia of Old Saybrook and work with Anthony.
