Everyone is very friendly and professional. The service was completed earlier than predicted. The waiting area is quite large and nice and includes a coffee machine that is amazing, offering latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc. Overall a good experience.

Simon was a top notch salesman and was super helpful. Finance made things easy and the price was hard to beat. We had kids with us during the process and the did everything they could to speed up the paperwork. Thank you to everyone there

I came into the dealer on a Saturday. They were quite busy, but ensured I was taken care of. The car I wanted to see was brought around, and I was given time and space to check it out! I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA cars (Soul, Seltos, Sportage) in the past four years. Dave Sabitina has been my salesperson of choice for each of the transactions. He has gone above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with each purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dave. My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.

There was an issue that arose after having a wheel alignment performed at the dealership. Due to the hard work of Randy Maggio,the problem was resolved. Randy's commitment to customer satisfaction is a real asset to the dealership.

Service team is great and they never try to up-sell just because. Everything is presented clearly. This past issue needed a part and Chris knew I was travelling and didn’t want me to drive with the light on even though the issue was a sensor and OK to drive. He was able to squeeze me in a few days later. It’s why I keep driving over from the East Side.
