I bought a 2022 Kia Seltos from a Toyota dealership. I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation and a check of the brakes. Glad I did, since it had a recall. Service was great and price was comparable to the oil change place I used to use. Brakes were okay too.

My salesman was very kind and courteous. The manager worked with me to come to a resolution we could both agree on. I would highly recommend their willingness to work with a customer to everyone. I will continue to work with them in the future.

I purchased my car elsewhere but I have my Kia serviced at this location for convenience purposes as it’s closer to home but also for its service. Dropped van off early. Found video of problems via text on my phone in less than an hour’s Video was great ideaa. I replied agreeing okaying recommended repairs. Oddly my reply went somewhere else instead of service mgr. No worries as work was done nicely and van was ready when promised. Pricing is what it is. $361 for a belt tensioner? I’d rather have it done right than cheap.

The Team at the Kia service area were very communicative. Mr. Vernier listened to my concerns about my car. I went there to replace my rear shocks, I had replaced them back in august last year with an auto shop and they were already leaking. Went a few times to the same auto shop complaining of noises coming from the rear. And they claimed everything was fine. The guy that worked on my car claimed that worked at Kia previously. Shame on you. I decided this time to go to Mastria Kia. And not only they replaced my shocks but completed 3 Recalls I had that I thought only one was needed. What a great team. What a great job they did. Thank you guys for the great service. I will definitely come back for more services. Thank you.

We bought a used Honda from Brett at Kia in Danvers. He was thorough and answered all of our questions and concerns. When we had questions regarding our vehicle after driving it for a few weeks, Brett arranged for us to have a rental while the car was inspected and checked out.
