I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

TJ was so helpful, he kept me updated with my 4 runner coming into the dealership and even sent pictures of the truck. I have recommended him to friends if they’re looking for a car. It was a bit of a drive for us, almost 4 hours but totally worth it. TJ and the dealership are like family, they gave us a great deal and helped me get the truck of my dreams. Thank you. I had my car serviced for an oil change and brakes. I waited a short time after arriving for my appointment to check in my car. Once my car was checked in, I waited at the dealership in their waiting area which is equipped with several chairs, a TV, a charging station for personal electronics, free water, coffee, and snacks. My service was provided promptly. I was advised of the estimated cost after my brakes were inspected. The work was completed in a timely manner. The service desk personnel are friendly, courteous and helpful.

I have never had a problem with Kia of North Dayton; they always do fantastic work for me. And their knowledge is remarkable; they always answer my questions and if I don't understand what they are saying they go out of their way to explain the problem.
