Longish wait to check in, but friendly people. The lady cashier was simply wonderful, friendly, efficient. Didn't like you had to go back to the front again and get your keys after paying, another wait!!

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

I purchased my 2025 KIA K4 back in the end of March. All I can say is I love it. Hands down the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The features are too many to mention and the leg room and comfort are unbeatable.

We had purchased a previous vehicle for our son in 2017. After researching vehicles, we were called by another dealership to see a vehicle and were not treated respectfully. We decided to drive to Burton and visit the Preston Kia dealership. We were immediately greeted by James Cain, one of their product experts. He quickly worked with us, offering a very fair trade-in value, and worked diligently to secure financing for us. I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

Walid Chaiban was a phenomenal salesperson. From the moment he met me in the lot to sitting down and going through the options he was sincere and honest. The finance manager, Mate Tamas, was also stellar. I loved his sense of humor. He was very efficient.

I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking

Very new customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. However, the one and only snack machine would not accept dollar bills - I tried 3 different ones, five separate times. An employee also came by and tried 2-3 times, still was not accepted.
