West Palm Beach HyundaiReviews
West Palm Beach Hyundai review
My wife's 2020 Sonata had A/C problems. It quit cooling.. The advisor I was assigned to was busy so Andrea M. helped me. The absolutely BEST thing that could have happened. I was charged $330. for the diagnosis (a little excessive but if I repaired the car there the money would be refunded).. Andrea called with the verdict... since it was out of warranty by 5 months it would cost me $3400 to fix the A/C system. My reply: don't do anything. When I picked up the car she told me not to fix it until she called. When she did she told me that because the car only had 20000 miles on it Hyundai would fix it under the warranty. SHE had to be the one who initiated the process since she was the only person who knew what was going on. Andrea arranged for a loaner. A few days later I picked up the car (A/C fixed and a recall service done). I even got my diagnosis fee returned. Andrea changed me from a very unhappy customer to one that wrote this positive review.

The purchase experience was overall very good. The dealership did add a number of dealer adds to the purchase price, which I declined. As the car was priced very low for advertising purposes, I did accept one dealer care club type add. We felt very good about the purchase and my wife really enjoys her (new) vehicle.

Lithia Hyundai of RenoReviews
Lithia Hyundai of Reno review
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Lithia Hyundai of Reno and had the pleasure of working with Holly Jensen. I couldn't be happier with the experience! Holly was fantastic from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle, easy to work with, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and she genuinely took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile. The vehicle I wanted wasn't available locally, so Holly took the initiative to locate one outside of Reno to make sure I got the exact car I was looking for. From beginning to end, I felt well taken care of, and the entire experience was a positive one. If you're in the market for a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for Holly Jensen. She made buying a new car an enjoyable experience!

AutoNation Hyundai Columbus review
We just purchased a 2026 Hyundai Venue. We were very pleased with the process. We encountered several employees that made the process easy! Genesis who sent me the pre-approval credit application. Salesman Daulton. He was the best! When he found out we had no transportation, he came and picked us up!! He walked us through what we needed. Angel found us our lender. Lorenzo was the sign here and there guy! We were picked up about 3:45 and we were home eating supper by 7. Travel to and from was 30 minutes each way. So it was fairly quick in paperwork to purchase a new car
2025 Hyundai SONATA review
I had a 2025 Limited hybrid as a loaner and was extremely impressed with it! Quite frankly if I didn’t love EVs so much I would be getting one. My spouse has a 2025 Lexus ES and there are just a few features it has that the Limited Sonata lacks, but the Sonata has a LOT of features the ES doesn’t have, and the price difference between them is a brand new Nissan Versa. It’s very quiet and even when you floor the accelerator it’s really not bad for a 4 cylinder. The ride is every bit as good as the ES, if anything better probably due to the fact that the rims are 2 inches smaller. The driver assistance features work so smoothly. Really the only thing I was disappointed with was it doesn’t have power folding mirrors and my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq does, so that was surprising but it’s kinda an unnecessary feature anyway but I like it cuz I know if the mirrors are folded the car is locked. Also I wasn’t getting the MPG on the window sticker. Granted I only had it for one day and 65 miles, 95% interstate driving 75, but it was a struggle to reach what it’s rated at for the city driving. I feel like the city and highway numbers should be reversed, because it definitely prefers city driving. I also had a 2025 SEL AWD as a loaner for my last service visit, and it was fine but honestly nothing stood out to me. It was like a random rental car, nothing good but nothing bad either.

Clay Cooley Hyundai of DallasReviews
Clay Cooley Hyundai of Dallas review
I have purchased several cars in the past few years with kids turning 16 and helping family members. I wanted a Santa Cruz and Clay Cooley has several of the 2023's. I called and spoke to Devaunta Cuba and he said he had the car I saw on Cars.com. I drove down the next day and working with this dealership was pleasant! No high pressure, no hidden added fees, no this price is only if you finance with us and a fair price on my trade in. Overall a very good experience! If you want a Hyundai, this is the place to go first!
