"Brought my 2020 Kia Telluride ('Monster') in for an oil change and tire rotation today, and my service advisor Will Sills was absolutely top-notch. He was professional, thorough, and got everything handled quickly. The multi-point inspection came back flawless. Highly recommend asking for Will if you want your vehicle taken care of the right way!"

Golling KIA of Madison Heights review
I needed assistance with buying out my current lease. I called this location. I was sent everything required quickly before I even needed to go in, which helped the process go extremely smoothly and allowed me to walk out and complete the entire thing within a few hours. The rep who helped me and the finance person were amazing. They both took the time to explain things to me and break down the terms of my new loan. I truly appreciate the help I received.

I just bought a used 2018 Ford Escape from Golling Kia, and I couldn’t have been more happy with the whole process. Everyone there was kind & helpful, and I’ll definitely be back, given the chance. Special shout out to our salesman, who was especially helpful & thoughtful through the process, and helped us get all the paperwork together we were struggling with. Thanks again!

I have bought 5 cars from this dealership, and I have had nothing but great experiences. From sales, to service and the parts department. Cameron from sales is a great guy, and so is Skylar. The finance manager is wonderful, and works his butt off to get you approved with a payment that is manageable. I only take my vehicles to this dealership for service. Their service techs are polite, and always informative. I literally can’t say enough good things about this dealership.

I had the best first new car buying experience at this dealership. I applied and got approved online. I texted my salesman, Cameron Stocking, and told him what kind of car I was interested in and the payment I was most comfortable with. He listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. The whole process was smooth and easy. Came in for a test drive and drove home an hour later a very happy dude!

I went to Kia because my wife needs a new vehicle, and that's how I met Michael LongStaff.... great guy, very polite, resourceful, savvy on the technical aspects of the vehicle and great customer support. He presented options based on my wife requirements and we ended with a Seltos 2023, the way she want it... Happy wife, happy life ..... A weeks later, I have issues with my truck, I been a Ford owner for more than 30 yrs with multiples cars, but I was not feeling happy with my current vehicle. Again, reached out to Michael, and based on my requirements, I ended training my 2012 Expedition King Ranch for a new 2023 Kia Telluride. In the last 2 weeks I really confirmed that Kia was a great option for our home. Thanks to the entire staff.

Travis the young salesman is outstanding, cares about you and the care you get from the dealership . The service department is also great. It's nice that they offer coffee water and snacks while you wait. The only thing better is if your car is in there for a very long time they could give you a rental or guest car so you can get other things done.

Taylor Kia ToledoReviews
Taylor Kia Toledo review
Just purchased a 2025 Kia Sorrento from Tayler Kia. Our salesman was Chris Malnar. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him. And if I had to purchase another, I would definitely go back to Chris. For the past 20 years, we have purchased vehicles from Tayler Kia. We have never had a bad experience. So thank you, Chris Molnar, and Tayler Kia for all that you’ve done for myself and my wife, Wanda. If you are looking for a vehicle. I suggest you go to Tayler Kia. Again, thank you for all that you’ve done.
