We were contacted by Brendan and he had the vehicle out front with the AC on cold by the time we arrived. The dealership had done a brilliant job getting the vehicle show ready and after a short test drive we were sold! They were even able to get us a loan interest rate lower than we were already preapproved at and added a lifetime powertrain warranty to the sale. Super clean and well run dealership - highly recommend for both a used as well as new car.

Suave was our salesperson, he is friendly, funny and courteous. Salesperson , manager and finance person were very professional and respectful of my time and money. This dealership is quite a distance from my home but I’d happily return for another great deal on a vehicle.

I wanted a certain color of the Kia K5 and John got it for me the next day! He was amazing to work with. Also in the finance department Ty was amazing to work with also!!

I had to deal with this dealership for a car sale... from moment one to the time they bought my car this team was top notch from being greeted at the driveway to figuring out the process they were fantastic. I watched not only how they dealt with me but all the customers either buying a new car or receiving service. Even the way they handled giving me a ride 30 miles home. Honestly, it seems like Kia dealerships are the best I've gotten to work with and I've bought cars from park place and sewell (puke). Great customer service! Greeted promptly upon arrival and car returned in a timely manner. The waiting area is nice and comfortable. The mechanics will give me detailed info if I need anything else done to my car. Won’t take my car anywhere else but Mortiz Kia.

Andy is very professional and provides excellent support and services. The other Kia employees at the dealership were also very helpful as answered any questions we had and were very friendly and welcoming. Kia is our preferred vehicle and service due to Andy and the rest of the staff.
