I never got there. While visiting a friend in Grand Rapids I found the model I wanted at Fox KIA North and bought it. KIA of Lansing would have been my next stop had I not made the purchase in GR.

Service was efficient. They completed my car repairs by the requested time. Price was fair for the work completed. I have had my car repairs done here since 2018.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Jak, the salesperson. She was courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and the entire buying process. The environment at the dealership was welcoming and peaceful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to Jak's excellent service and guidance, I was able to successfully purchase my vehicle with ease. This was truly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Friendly and responsive service, quick to correct shipping errors with an order, comfortable facilities, good popcorn, overall smooth transaction. Better to use debit cards since like most places now they add a cc service fee.

Auric, was our salesman, and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions. He answered all of our questions, and took the time to go over all the tech features of the Telluride. We had an excellent experience from the time we drove up to the dealership, until we drove off in our new vehicle. The whole team did a great job.

Our salesman, Ali, and other members of the staff were all knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We are very happy with our new Grand Cherokee Limited.

Sales person excellent in providing information about vehicles we were interested in. Sales person was very thorough in explaining vehicle options after we purchased SUV.

I made the service appointment which was scheduled easily. Took the car in and was acknowledged immediately. Signed in with Randy who was my Service Advisor. He kept me informed through the whole time that it was being serviced. It took less time than what I expected. Randy was great to work with, very pleasant with an awesome sense of humor! I hope I always have him as my Service Advisor!!

We were very happy with the treatment we received. Bianca was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure all of our questions were addressed.

Tom was very helpful however the new rule that F250 trucks have to go elsewhere to just be inspected is ridiculous. Plus I don’t think havin to wait two hours for a inspection when you’re the first in line is not acceptable

1st time at this dealership, went in for oil change tire rotation for my 2023 jeep and had my filter change and fluids check. They did excellent work amazing service. The customer sitting arear is clean and offer beverages to there customers. The Service Rep Khadijah is a very polite and informative young lady who kept me abrupt. The car I pur hased was in excellent condition. Joel Merchado was very good. The delivery went smooth. Overall the dealership was excellent.
