The process was completely transparent—no games, no backdoor tactics, and no “dirty” negotiating. Just honest communication and straightforward numbers. What really set them apart was what they did after we had already closed the deal. They added complimentary oil changes, had the car fully detailed, and even noticed the brakes weren’t where they should be. Instead of brushing it off, they proactively replaced them before I took delivery — at no extra charge. That level of attention and integrity is rare in car buying. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. A very seamless experience. The waiting area was stocked and there was comfortable seating. The t.v?s were mounted so you could watch television as well. Over all a good experience.
