Two complaints the brake pedal squeeks when you press it and the Eco mode is too restrictive at times. Otherwise this car is amazing! I love getting 36mpg when I have a lead foot and 50 when I'm being conservative! The power from this 4 cylinder is astonishing! I am completely surprised I do not have more speeding tickets! Handling is amazing and becomes more sporty when you take it out of eco. Fun to drive, has more power than expected and is a hybrid, couldn't ask for a better combination!

so far so good, the car has been very pleasurable to own. It drives smooth and rides good it is great on gas. most of my friends really like this car some have called it sexy some have said they would live in my car.

I'm trying to find a vehicle with small dn pymnt and low monthly payments as I'm on disability. But rite now I can afford to pay like 200 or 300 dn if pymnts are not to high. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME. Thank you . Candace Grant

I was looking for the SX Turbo but ran across the 14 Hybrid and after test driving the LX the Hybrid became the one. Handling is great and you wouldn’t know the car was on if you never looked at the dashboard. Great car!!

The hardest thing was getting used to how quiet it runs. Great roomy car with lots of bells and whistles. It is fun to drive and super on mpg.

We have had this car for two weeks and have already taken a 350 mile trip one way and drove all over the city of Chicago! It gets great gas mileage but takes getting used to to be able to maximize the savings, but you will figure it out! It’s a little slow getting out of the gates if you want to meet the advertised gas mileage but worth it! I found the brakes to be very good not slow to stop like others have suggested! It can be a little sluggish at first switching from electric to gas, but like I said you will figure this out! I love the way the car handles and it feels very sporty and luxurious inside and out! Backseat is surprisingly roomy and comfortable. Trunk has sufficient space. We will see how many miles we get from it! I bought this one used for my 15 year old daughter to learn to drive in and it came with 55000 so time will tell. Overall great car if it serves her well they high school we may look to adding a newer Optima hybrid to the family in a few years.

Vehicle is super quiet. Still getting used to having a hybrid for the first time. Very stylish inside and out in my opinion.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. Wow I'm totally amazed with this car! I've driven Audi's & BMW's and just recently got out of an Infiniti G35, I looked at this car because I need to save on gas, taking both kids to their soccer games and activities, I'm all over the place. So far I have been impressed with the gas mileage! This car is so stylish and comfortable and has every option I need. I never write reviews on anything but I like this car so much that I felt the need to add to all of the many happy optima hybrid drivers out there. It took my a lot to consider the change from my history of owning the other big name luxury brands but wow I'm glad I did! You get a great car for a fraction of what you'll pay with the others! Buy one!!
