It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

We have had this car for two weeks and have already taken a 350 mile trip one way and drove all over the city of Chicago! It gets great gas mileage but takes getting used to to be able to maximize the savings, but you will figure it out! It’s a little slow getting out of the gates if you want to meet the advertised gas mileage but worth it! I found the brakes to be very good not slow to stop like others have suggested! It can be a little sluggish at first switching from electric to gas, but like I said you will figure this out! I love the way the car handles and it feels very sporty and luxurious inside and out! Backseat is surprisingly roomy and comfortable. Trunk has sufficient space. We will see how many miles we get from it! I bought this one used for my 15 year old daughter to learn to drive in and it came with 55000 so time will tell. Overall great car if it serves her well they high school we may look to adding a newer Optima hybrid to the family in a few years.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

We love the car! Comfortable on long drives and the hybrid is great on gas. Drives very nice and plenty of power when you need to pass. The navigation system, heated seats & steering wheel, memory seating are all standard on this model and would not get another car without them now that I have had the experience.

This car is fantastic! I love the look and feel of it plus it's a hybrid so if you're concerned about your carbon footprint this is a great car to buy or lease. Plenty of leg room but you do lose a little trunk space due to the battery but still a great car for the money. I like not having to plug the car in and appreciate that it toggles between gas and electric use. Really sharp exterior and interior design! I brought it to a garage near my house for an inspection sticker and they said that the inside looked like an Audi! It's a sharp looking car that performs really well and it's better for the environment. I also like the fact that the side mirrors unfold and the interior dome light comes on when I approach the car. Great safety feature! I would definitely recommend this car!

The hardest thing was getting used to how quiet it runs. Great roomy car with lots of bells and whistles. It is fun to drive and super on mpg.

This had a 4 cylinder that drive like a silent 8. Stellar handling. Lots of truck space. If it weren?t for the cost I would have bought.

Traded in my old Tahoe for a 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid and I could not be happier! First time owning a Kia and the car has been great, you get so many features for the money. I’ve had the car for just over a month and am averaging 43mpg in Dallas, TX so the EPA is accurate and I’m saving a ton of $ at the pump. My car came with the technology package (blind spot monitor, lane departure, auto emergency breaking front and rear, nav) which has been super helpful driving in Dallas traffic. Also got lucky and ended up with the panoramic moonroof and two tone paint (white with black pano moonroof) which make this car look really sporty. Definitely doesn’t look like a hybrid. As long as it remains reliable I’ll be very happy with my purchase. Loving this car.

Overall great car style function and drive. Great gas mileage and very comfortable to drive with power and performance that make for an amazing experience.

Two complaints the brake pedal squeeks when you press it and the Eco mode is too restrictive at times. Otherwise this car is amazing! I love getting 36mpg when I have a lead foot and 50 when I'm being conservative! The power from this 4 cylinder is astonishing! I am completely surprised I do not have more speeding tickets! Handling is amazing and becomes more sporty when you take it out of eco. Fun to drive, has more power than expected and is a hybrid, couldn't ask for a better combination!

This is my go to car. It have all of the features that I could want. It is like owning a luxury car with a small budget!
