Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

Two complaints the brake pedal squeeks when you press it and the Eco mode is too restrictive at times. Otherwise this car is amazing! I love getting 36mpg when I have a lead foot and 50 when I'm being conservative! The power from this 4 cylinder is astonishing! I am completely surprised I do not have more speeding tickets! Handling is amazing and becomes more sporty when you take it out of eco. Fun to drive, has more power than expected and is a hybrid, couldn't ask for a better combination!

This had a 4 cylinder that drive like a silent 8. Stellar handling. Lots of truck space. If it weren?t for the cost I would have bought.

I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

The hardest thing was getting used to how quiet it runs. Great roomy car with lots of bells and whistles. It is fun to drive and super on mpg.

This car is exactly what we're looking for! It's a hybrid so great on gas, it's roomy inside, the entertainment center is full of new stuff such as Apple Car Play, rear cameras, driver only A/C and it's great looking in and out. My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

I took my time buying a new car. The car I was driving was sturdy and reliable but after 15 years it was time for a new one. I wanted a midsize sedan that sipped gas, that had excellent driving characteristics, and was comfortable both for short trips in the city and long-distance drives. The Kia Hybrid filled the bill. It's not the quickest car when it comes to 0-60 MPH (7.8 secs.) but it has all the power necessary for passing on the highway. I bought the top of the line--heated seats, panorama roof, etc. It turned out to be a luxury car at a bargain price with great safety features and great amenities (those heated seats, heated steering wheel, fantastic sound system, etc.).

Got my dream Lexus..with 👍 payments..will get my next Jeep..with them..no complaints..also had a oil leek..they fix it free.. I am very, very happy 😊 with the experience..will recommend to friend and families..thank you.

Wow I'm totally amazed with this car! I've driven Audi's & BMW's and just recently got out of an Infiniti G35, I looked at this car because I need to save on gas, taking both kids to their soccer games and activities, I'm all over the place. So far I have been impressed with the gas mileage! This car is so stylish and comfortable and has every option I need. I never write reviews on anything but I like this car so much that I felt the need to add to all of the many happy optima hybrid drivers out there. It took my a lot to consider the change from my history of owning the other big name luxury brands but wow I'm glad I did! You get a great car for a fraction of what you'll pay with the others! We love the car! Comfortable on long drives and the hybrid is great on gas. Drives very nice and plenty of power when you need to pass. The navigation system, heated seats & steering wheel, memory seating are all standard on this model and would not get another car without them now that I have had the experience.

These guys are great to work with. They are willing to listen to what I am looking for without pushing me into something they have on the lot. Surprisingly they have a great selections of cars for a small lot. I will be back when the time is right.
