Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. Nathan is 100% the best service advisor in Oklahoma. Very professional and friendly. Always explains process of work being done and how long it should take. Makes sure vehicle is washed and walks me to the vehicle. He is without a doubt the most incredible advisor.

This week, I bought a KIA Soul from Jerry Seiner KIA Salt Lake—my 3rd KIA through Jeffrey. He is patient answering many questions, offers suggestions so I can choose a car fitting my needs & budget. Jeff makes sure I have the best deal that he can offer. Matt in KIA Salt Lake service department is always helpful & honest. During the 3 or 4 times a year, I go. With no pressure from him (unless there is danger from worn brake pads or tire treads). Matt makes sure I have in everything in writing including estimated costs for my warranty, & to keep my car running for many years. He makes sure I agree to the price and that the service is done exactly right. A special deal with an oil change--hey will do a safety inspection with a narrated video and a written checklist showing the condition of the car. Even with a KIA dealership much closer to my home, I drive extra miles to Salt Lake KIA because of employees I can trust and who care about me as a person--not as just another customer.

We worked with Austin, and it was a perfect experience. He worked for us and not to sell us. He was so kind to my entire family. My daughter wants to go back again! The facility was so clean. Everyone was up front and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

Javier is an excellent sales person; knowledgeable, personable, and he followed up with me after the sale as well. He and the sales manager went the extra mile to put the deal together for me and then make sure I had everything I needed and wanted. It was so easy to buy my car with them. 100% would recommend to everyone. The car had been fully repaired, serviced, and inspected before they put it out for sale, and they happily provided all records to me. After slogging through dozens of shady dealerships and terrible cars, I found Doug Smith KIA was impressive, professional, and so refreshing to work with.

Sales team (Lance and Norris)was very helpful and knowledge. My only complaint is that the car was not cleaned properly before taking possession of the car.

I made the service appointment which was scheduled easily. Took the car in and was acknowledged immediately. Signed in with Randy who was my Service Advisor. He kept me informed through the whole time that it was being serviced. It took less time than what I expected. Randy was great to work with, very pleasant with an awesome sense of humor! I hope I always have him as my Service Advisor!!
