I am so delighted to tell my story!! I had been using another dealership since purchasing my first Kia 4 years ago. Unfortunately, I now feel they are not a very good dealership. My salesman left shortly after I bought, the service department has had multiple turnovers in personnel and my needs have not been met to my satisfaction.
