First, Bernadette Passarerallo at Buchanan Kia is who and where to go for your next car purchase. She made sure everything was right, went smoothly and I was happy with everything before I left the lot. Service I wasn't able to have my car serviced at Westminster because my work location chanced to Hagerstown. I tried to have it serviced at the Hagarstown Kia. Hagarstown Kia acted like I was putting me out and I wasn't able to schedule anything. So I had to go across the street to Nissan where I used to get my car service done, they got me right in.

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

Found the car I wanted to buy in the hands of Audi Hunt Valley. I messaged them right away and they got back to me immediately. Melvin guided me through the process over email and a few calls while I prepared to visit and test drive the used BMW 430i XDrive Gran Coupe. He went above and beyond to work with me and we made a deal that was a win-win for them and I. I would recommend them and perhaps in the future (don?t anticipate needing to any time soon) I would visit and look to them for my next car.

I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car. Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Dealing with Tom, the GSM, to make sure we were financed quickly and properly was easy and nothing like I have ever experienced at another dealership. The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I?ve made over the years. I had a Safety Recall addressed and I was pleased that it did not take a long time to complete the job. My Service Advisor, Samantha, was professional and courteous and kept me updated on the progress of the service.

The service providers were friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I called for the appointment until I picked my car back up. After three years of constant frustrations with their service department I decided to drive the extra 40 minutes to Jones and it was absolutely worth it! Mr. Crooms was a good salesman. Pretty laid back but helpful through the buying process. Only glitch was that we went all the way to Baltimore to buy a blue Nissan Sentra SV and then were told it was sold the day before, so we had to settle for a pearl white which wasn’t our first choice. May have been a bait and switch, but can’t confirm. Anyhow, all went pretty well!
