My husband and I moved WV in July and stopped in last evening to see a vehicle we were interested in. First, I must say that in our almost 40 years of marriage we have never had what I would call a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. Well I can no longer claim that. From the minute we parked our car, we were met with quiet, comfortable, genuine kindness. Absolutely nio pressure at any time which was a breath of fresh air. Andy, the young man who stepped out to assist us was absolutely pleasant. We brought our son in law/mechanic along and were met with only honest answers and friendliness. The test drive, which I am never comfortable with, was very comfortable. When we went inside to talk, run numbers, commence the nail biting, we were put immediately at ease. We met the finance manager, Rodney, who made us feel like old friends. Such a refreshing change from our previous experiences. After all was said and done, we are more that pleased with the service, respectful treatment, and genuineness we were met with, Should anyone need a new vehicle, this is the place to shop. 2025 Kia Sorento review
We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

2025 Kia Sorento review
There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We did our research and knew the Telluride was the best bet, short term and long term, so in that regard, Ray didn't need to sell us on the vehicle. However, it was reassuring that he knew his way around the Telluride, was friendly and patient and displayed a sense of humor. Because of our schedule conflicts and a desire to move relatively quickly through the process, I really appreciated Ray coming in on a day off to walk us through the sale. While I realize it's a "sale," it still showed a devotion to us as customers, and it made our buying process much less stressful. Ray also worked well with us to make sure we paid for what we wanted, didn't pay for what we didn't, and set us up with the financial folks to officially get us into the Kia family. Ray Velez and Fred Beans Kia did right by us through the sales process, and we really enjoy our new Telluride and look forward to keeping it a long time.
