Mike took time to go over all our questions and needs and Shawn worked with me to ensure we got the right price. Gianna and Jordan ensured we were taken care of during the buying process and Lisa had helped me out on the phone the prior day. Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful.

My salesman was Hope. She did a fantastic job at finding out what could work for me as someone who doesn’t have the best credit, she was very patient and didn’t give up when I couldn’t get approved for certain cars. Very sweet.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jim Reed to purchase my car! Jim took the time to listen to my needs and, most importantly, worked with the budget I gave him. Not only did he respect my budget, but he actually found me a car for less than what I was prepared to spend! That really meant a lot to me. Jim made the experience feel easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his honesty, effort, and willingness to help me find something that worked for me financially. It?s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely listens to their customer and wants to help them get the best deal possible. I highly recommend Jim Reed to anyone looking to buy a car. If you want someone who respects your budget and goes the extra mile to help you, Jim is the person to see! Thank you, Jim, for making my car-buying experience such a great one!

Our salesperson, Selena< was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and helpful. The financial person however was not as wonderful. We have excellent credit scores, 870+, and were offered 8.25% loan rate. We then called our credit union from the office where we could get a rate 3% lower. He left the office a returned with a rate 3.26% lower! Then there was a mix up on information and when we called him back he never returned our calls. Selena was finally able to get the answers for us. Selena is a true professional, we wish we could say the same for the finance department.

The staff here is outstanding—warm, welcoming, and highly professional. I came in for a recall repair and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. To my surprise, they even washed my car, which was such a thoughtful touch! Scheduling and check-in were quick and effortless, and despite being in the middle of renovations, the team handled everything with impressive efficiency. Truly a top-notch experience!
