We recently purchased our second vehicle from Morong in Falmouth, ME and this experience was even better than the first. Miah, our sales consultant, was so easy and fun to work with. Andy, the used car sales manager, was wonderful and so great to chat with about the vehicles that we were considering. We had many questions about the mechanical and electronic systems of the SUVs, and we were very concerned about reliability. Andy really knows many types of cars and the issues with the engines and drivetrains that could cause problems in the future. We felt great with our purchase from Miah and the team at Morong, and will certainly be returning for our next vehicle.

First brand new car I’ve ever bought. Love it so far. Fairly quick when it needs to be, just don’t hammer it down if not needed. Love the screen and controls. Gas mileage is amazing. Overall happy. Only complaint is the third row is definitely for smaller kids. My two tennage boys despise getting back there. Not a ton of space if third row is up, but set it down and there is plenty! Enjoy

Nice car, nice ride. Little sluggish on take-off. Controls are a little hard to get used to. Could do a better job on the illustrations in the manuals that come with the car.

Nice car , smooth ride but the gas mileage is off I only get 30 on highway and average 33 They quote 35 / 37 / 39 I’m not getting that , so I I’m disappointed Not worth the extra money I paid to get this car. Thought I could save some money but I think it is gonna be a wash

We purchased the SX Prestige and it's a very well appointed vehicle. It is very comfortable for adults in the first two rows of seats and the third row is comfortable for the grandkids. It drives like a dream and has just about every safety system you could imagine which was daunting for my wife at first but she has a handle on it all now. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfortable ride. The exterior is very stylish and doesn't have that minivan look at all nor does it look like most of the mid size SUVs. The warranty is excellent which should give you an additional sense of security as far as long term issues with the major systems. Overall this is one of the nicest vehicles we have owned and we have owned the higher priced competitors of the same style and size. It is at a fair price point for what you get but my suggestion is to purchase the prestige package as it's only a few thousand more and the difference is pretty significant. As of yet I see no drawbacks to this vehicle and am glad that I took a look at KIA.

Eric did a fantastic job. The entire team made sure everything went very smoothly. I would buy a car from them again. I am from out of state but if I lived closer I would bring my care to them if it needed service as well.

brought new in 2021 great vehicle. Many safety features, ride is very comfortable. Until 21,000 miles ( Refill inverter fluid warning light ). continually coming on even after many visits to dealership. Fluid change, electric water pump replaced, more changing of fluid, Still recurring. another appointment made to dealership soon. I really don't think they know what's causing the light to come on? I think its a heat problem when engine is cool its off as soon as engine gets hot Boom! light goes on !. but my experience goes unheard?

Ive have had my 2023 KIA sorento hybrid for about a month. The car get very good gas mileage on a recent 509 mile trip to vermont I got 34mpg the car is very comfortable and fun to drive. the only complaint I have is the car’s computer is very complicated to program I have read the manual which is also complicated Just now i’m beginning to understand how to call up various options these new systems can do so much I guess it is very difficult to make them easy to use

They are responsible. I may just take a nap while waiting. I mean a short nap because they don?t waste your time. They will guide you throw everything. Things that you didn?t know will be addressed in a reasonable way. I have to mention Mike Kim, great guy. I know it was team work for Toyota. But Mike explains everything in details and won your trust. BTW, there were many people in the hall as they were waiting for their vehicle maintenance. That is a very good sign. Customers vote and prove the quality service by their presence.

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

I have only owned this vehicle for two weeks now. It has every safety feature you can imagine. The gas mileage is incredible. I get over 600 miles when I fill it. I have owned 4 optima's before I got this car. I am going on a couple of road trips in the next two months. Can't wait to see the mileage I will get and I am so glad I don't have to stop and plug it in.

I called the service department on October 15, 2025. Because I thought that the front collision avoidance system on my new 2025 Telluride was not operating. I Spoke with Giana. And asked if I stopped by could one of the techs look at it and ascertain if it was just shut off, or if it was something else, and I would have to make an appointment for service. She was very accommodating and advised me to stop down. When I arrived I spoke with Erin. Who came out to see if there was a reason for the system to be off. But it looked fine. Then Rubio. One of the service technicians came over to look at it. And he took it for a test drive. When he came back he advised me that all of the systems were working as they should be. He also explained to me how and under what conditions the front collision avoidance system works. I want to thank Giana and Erin for helping me and especially Rubio for taking the time to test drive the car and for explaining the system to me. We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.
