Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Great service, vehicle had to stay there for a while due to recall, great loaner vehicle, always kept in the loop and updated on what’s going on. Nick from the service department was really helpful and professional.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

This dealership is a great place to buy your new Mazda! Sergey, my salesman, was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. He went through all the details on how to use the car's many features and knew the answers to all of my questions. One very important thing: they didn't try to sneak any additional charges into the contract after we agreed on the price. Most car dealerships that I have bought from do this, but not Maita Mazda. This is one place that is thinking long-term and working to create a solid reputation and many happy, returning customers!

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

The Kia redesign is real. I was really impressed with the style and level of detail. Really love our new 2025 EV6. Tonee Lee was the best salesperson I worked with across all of the dealers at Elk Grove Auto Mall. I couldn't be happier with how engaging he made the test drive and how easy he made my lease of my brand new EV6. He gave me no pressure at all but just wanted to make sure me and my wife got the car we wanted. It was our first time buying a car in 15 years and our first look at EVs. He really gave the best introduction I could've asked for and really tried to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. We used the Costco discount to find Niello Acura. Gary was awesome to work with. He was very helpful in finding all the eligible discounts and got us to 'yes' with what we felt was a good deal on a new Acura RDX - he even hunted around for my preferred color and trim package. Given schedules and such, I took delivery in Reno, NV with no problem. So, while I have nevery met Gary or set foot in the dealership, I had a great transaction.

Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.

Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.

I had a very positive experience with Cameron in purchasing a pre-certified EV. He is transparent, reasonable in negotiations and is very knowledgeable. I’d purchase through him again. Steven in the finance department was great to work with as well. He made the signing of documents enjoyable.
