Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

2 years later and I’ve come back to do business with Anaheim Hyundai. Let me just say I had a smooth and professional process. Jerron was a delight to work with he was very professional and communicated with me through all the process he was able to go step by step on warranties and helping me choose the right car. I traded in a vehicle and left with a Tucson SUV I am very happy with Hyundai in Anaheim thank you Jerron for the great experience. 2 years ago I had a bad experience but you definitely have turned that around and hope to come back in the future and get myself a even newer car !

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.
