My wife and I were in the market to purchase my son a pre-owned jeep, and we wanted something that was already fixed up so we found TCD. They had a great selection to choose from. Once we arrived at the dealership you could tell that this was going to be different than any other car buying experience we've had. Jack was first to introduce himself. He was not a fast-talking silver tongue devil like a "like i probably was" stereotypical car salesman that you might be used to. He was a quiet young man that spoke at the right time and when it was necessary. He listens to our wants and needs and never asked us to remind him over and over! It was a subtle character quality that he possessed, and I didn't think too much about it while we were there, but it was a refreshing quality Jack was very knowledge about the vehicle as well. The vehicle we were interested in was a new trade in, so it wasn't quite ready, so I tell you this to say the way the dealership as a whole jumped in to help get the vehicle sales floor ready, was awesome! You could tell that this wasn't their first rodeo! Next was Tina the GM this gal was on top of her game. Very sweet and accommodating but you could tell on the other side of that coin was a savvy tough businesswoman that was going to be fair but by no means going to be taken advantage of! She settled my early onset buyer's remorse that i could feel brewing with transparency. Mo finished up our car deal and was also the finance guy! I loved that cause once we came to an agreement, we shook hand and started banging out paperwork! Mo was an awesome dude very knowledgeable with all the different extended warranties packages which i never did until we bought our last used vehicle and needed to use it on the way home from the dealer. We were in and out in no time. Lastly the Owner Austin! how cool is it for the owner of the dealership to make himself available to his customers. He personally helped my wife and I with whatever we needed or questions we had. It was nice not to have to wait for a salesman to run ask the manager a question then run back with and answer! By the time he got back I probably had 3 or 4 more question to send him running back with! lol Austin was personable and kind! Which was a breath of fresh air this day in time. This was also after the dealership had closed on a Sat night! A few things that are small but can make or break a car deal is that they had fresh free hotdogs cooking all day with 5 or 6 different flavors of soda pop obviously coffee with one of those fancy coffee makes with different flavors of coffee and cappuccino, clean bathrooms and something as a parent and someone that used to sale cars they had a nice selection of boys and girls toys! if you've ever tried to purchase a car with a bored toddler forget about it! the salesman can feel the words we're going to have to come back without the kids. that's how the dealership down the street with toys just made your customer their latest car buyer! Shout out to Scot and Bryan as well! They weren't involved in my car deal but did a good job at making us feel welcome and at ease! Sorry about them Aggie's buddy! Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! He went over all the paperwork and handled our tags, inspection and all the other small hassles when buying a car! The price was excellent for the car and it was clean and well maintained. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. Traded for an F250 Ford truck in March 2023, Decided to downsize to a 1500 Chevrolet in July the truck I wanted to trade had a bad fax report which they told me when I bought the truck with paperwork showing it had not been in an accident, when I tried to trade with a bad fax on the truck it became an issue, I contacted Jeff England motors and we worked out a deal so I did not take a big hit financially, Basically getting all my investment back on the F250, Jeff England is a stand up good man, great people to work with and buy from. I highly recommend this dealer ship and will do business with them in the future.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Excellent service from direct dealership, professional, understanding of customer needs, accommodating to co-applicant who was not in same city to help locate financing (which was straight forward/no hassle), along with extra support (as needed) to oversee signing of all paperwork.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

It's a 2013 KIA so it probably won't win your any awards, but it was a great value and reliable for something over 100k miles. Would recommend

I purchased a 2020 Lexus IS 300 from Strategic Auto in November 2024. I waited med to post a review just make sure the car wasn’t a complete lemon! However there are so many good things I can say about these guys at Strategic Auto. I wanted this car so bad, and after processing the paperwork I was short on my down payment. They showed me something else and I refused it and they didn’t try to pressure me to get something else and I greatly appreciated that! I said to Sam that’s my Lexus don’t sell it! Came back 4 days later and got the car. They are so friendly and helpful. Anytime I need them to look at something they are always willing to help me if they said they were going to do something they came through! I told Sam and Byer we’re friend’s forever!

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

I bought my 2018 Kia forte Lx aurora black pearl 63k miles automatic transmission fully loaded. Absolutely gorgeous car inside and out! All xx Aside I absolutely love driving this car! It does everything I ask it to do and it's truly a joy to drive! I can't say enough about the features of the infotainment system and the beautiful interior! All of the safety systems make me feel amazing! I use a car cover on it when it's not being driven and I use the steering wheel club on the wheel when the car's not being driven. I Absolutely Love My KIA!!!!

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

I love this car, comparing it to simular sports sedans, Grand Touring this is a great value and stands up to most high-end vehicles in both style and performance.

The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I've now had my 2020 Soul for almost 3 years. Keep in mind I have the manual 6 speed not an automatic and was the base model. First gear is VERY low compared to any other 4 cylinder engine manual I've had so it can be a little jerky until you figure it out. I've gotten as much as 45mpg on the highway by not driving 70 mph. It can hold its own on the highway amd not burn gas like other models. Although not listed in the US it does have the capability to pull small trailers if you purchase an aftermarket hitch and wiring kit. The trunk space although appears small from the outside is actually quite deep. I do craft shows and people can't believe how much I am able to keep on there when I fold the seats down especially. At 6'4" with the seat lift as high as it will go I still have about 5 inches above my head. That was one of the key benefits that sold me. Even with my seat back people behind me still have room vs the compact cars in the same price point. I'm concerned with the recall notices I have received however, knock on wood they have not included my car yet or unaware if my Vin is included so to keep an eye out for issues. I live Android Auto however, you can not use a cheap USB cable from 5 below. I had to purchase one from best buy. It didn't need to be top of the line, the generic brand worked but they're just built better apparently. The tires that come with the vehicle are cheap. They will get you to 30k miles however, mine were cracked between each tread after maybe a year. It looked like a dryrot crack yet my vehicle doesn't sit around. This model can take traditional oil, blend or full synthetic which is nice. Overall I do love my little car especially as gas prices have increased. It allows me to do everything I want without the extra expense of purchasing a small SUV nor the gas of a small SUV and I'd consider purchasing another one down the line.

She explains the ins and outs very clearly. We most definitely will be back. Our experience has been great. She even took pictures of us with a bow on the car. Needless to say, she’s now part of our memories. Also, Kyle was at the front desk when we came in and greeted us very warmly. Such great people. I was fortunate to spend memories with them.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I've only had my Soul for three weeks, but I love it already. It's smooth and quiet and I didn't put gas in for two weeks. A terrific warranty comes with a Kia car. I do wish it had a CD player because I love audiobooks, but that's my only - if silly - complaint. It's a terrific little car.
