I recently brought my 458 Italia in for its annual service and to have a few modifications made and a Carbon Fiber Air Box Cover installed. My service advisor was Sebastian Vollaerts. Sebastian has always been the consummate professional throughout the years I've been bring my cars in for service. This time was no exception. I also wanted to give a huge thanks to Derek Sabedra; the Ferrari Technician that did the work on my 458. He did a fantastic job installing my exhaust valve bypass controller and air box cover. Both Sebastian and Derek went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied on all the services performed.

Making a service appointment was simple and easy. Upon my appointment arrival, all service personnel close to me greeted me, opened doors for me and inquired how they could help me. Rickie, my service representative saw me and came to greet me immediately. He asked me what services I needed, inspected the car and took the time to teach me how to use several controls I did not know how to operate. I was notified when the service was complete and Rickie insured my vehicle was washed. Lastly Rickie sent an Uber driver to take me home upon arriving with my car and sent a driver to my home to pick me up. The service was tremendous.

An eye-catching Lambo can be an issue during these times of "share the wealth". It was a little more of an ego-boost when people would simply ooh and ahh instead of trying to grab a piece of your pie. Still, it's a wonderful mode of transpo within our gated community or off-roading in Beverly Hills.

Randy is the best service person I had ever had to work with he is very professional and understanding of all that I needed to be done to my car . I had never met him in person but I can tell you every time my car goes to him for service I get videos and phone calls and follow up so I am always in the loop with all that’s going on with my vehicle . I purchased a C8 convertible about 1 1/2 years ago from Autoboom. They were clear about price and doc fee. I purchased a 3-year warranty which I never do, but the price was right and I've used it 2x for small issues and every mechanic accepted the warranty. I have a 2011 bi colore coupe and it has been the best value RWD sports car I have ever owned. The price compared to a 458 is about $100000 in savings. The E-Gear is not as easy to drive at slow, low rpms compared to the 458, but at high speeds and spirited driveing the e-gear offers a true sports car feel and is far more enjoyable.
