Great experience! Didn't have to sit around for hours was in and out in slightly over an hour including checking out my car. Called in and they told me what to bring with me so there was no need to go back and forth car looked great few minor scratches but thats to be expected with a used car. very pleasant staff. would recommend !!

I have owned an Audi A8, a 2017 BMW 740d XDrive MSport and a long time ago a Jaguar XJR. I now have a second hand 2017 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SD V8. I also own a 2003 LandRover Defender TD5. I traded the BMW because i preferred driving the defender most of the time. The Range Rover is a bit like taking the defender and mating it with the BMW....although I would say the BMW does not come close to the RR in terms of material quality. The Range Rover has the commanding driving position I so like in my Defender. And like the Defender it so easy to place on the road because you can see where the corners are (simples). However unlike the Defender you do not need to visit a chiropractor after a long journey it is supremely comfortable (equal or better than the BMW. The boot is massive (50% bigger than the BMW and you can fold the seats down on top of that) + it has a full size spare (no run-flats here). The car is a dream to drive with loads of driver aids. The only negative is I do miss having a physical control (iDrive) for the infotainment - I am not a fan of touch screens in cars. I am getting use to the voice control which is helping me stay away from the touch screen. The only thing it is not is a Sports car.

I have the LWB version and purchased used under CPO warranty. It is loaded, we left no option box unchecked, and the comfort/refinement of the interior, supercharged V8, and ride are nothing short of stellar. Buying used and under warranty afforded an opportunity to buy relatively new at half the cost with confidence. Whether running errands in town, or traveling longer distances, it never fails to put a smile on my face while driving. There are certainly less expensive options, but nothing that came close to offering the same experience and motoring heritage of Land Rover. Arguably, it was introduction of the 1987 Range Rover to US soil that birthed our "obsession" with SUVs. Highly recommend.

We bought the Rover to give our daughters more room in the back seat and to have more cargo room. The luxury of the car is second to none and it has all the technology to get us where we need to go quickly and comfortably!

Almost like riding in an airplane. The seating is like sitting in your recliner riding down the road. The instrument panel also give you that airplane feel. The steering wheel has that ergonomic feel. The manufacturer has stop at nothing to make you feel special even after the sale. When you get this baby home all heads will turn. Heck your garage might even give you a high five after you drive this baby in. This is by far the best vehicle I have seen in the past decade. You will think so too after a drive.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. I live near Ocala and he even offered to drive me home if I needed it and called to make sure I arrived safe can't expressed the service I got from this amazing company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I have no problems with the dealership. My mother purchased a Ford Mustang in 2006. This have been the only place it’s ever been for services. The car had a few problems of shutting off on its own twice two consecutive times when it had few hundred miles on it. Had an alternator replaced two years after that. While under warranty paid for it. Fast forward years later by 2013 2016 I had some belts replaced and they were replaced in the wrong manner they were crossed over my water pump hose as I drove it home I saw steam so I took it back up to Mullinax to tell them what the problem was. They said all kinds of fluids damaged the entire engine by spewing out. So it had to be replaced and it would no problem replacing it because it wasn’t my fault a mechanic negligence. So I wasn’t offered a newer engine for my troubles I was offered a used one don’t no how used it was. Probably About 2years from that the heads went out on the used engine. I proceeded to ask why should I pay almost 2,000 for something that shouldn’t be my fault an the engine I have not so old well atleast I thought and I was told that’s the only time they can honor that it will be on them. Of course I feel it should be an I shouldn’t have any type of issues for another 100,000 miles for my car to be an 07 I have about 109,000 miles on it I drive it to keep everything basically flowing and not rust or anything an I do understand somethings will go bad. I’m a dear customer and I tell Plenty of people to shop there if they have or not i put Mullinax up highly. I financially would love to get a truck from Mullinax one day. I have a friend a salesman’s there. Now I have another concern I took my car to be check out at Mullinax a a little time back months ago ,cause something causing my battery to go dead an my wiper motor went out so I purchased a wiper motor an was about to put it in myself but I don’t want to do that if my battery going dead for some odd reason. If I have a Ford an now my car is in the category of being a used car I was told from the service tech the mechanic couldn’t find out the issue. This suppose to be Ford dealing with a Ford vehicle. No recommendation or anything. So I’m stuck on finding a 2nd 3rd party. It shouldn’t be that way.

Dealership was responsive to changing requirements and communicated with clarity. While current purchase did not occur, we agreed to start again in future weeks.
