I was able to quickly be seen, vehicle was evaluated, parts were available, and I scheduled to drop the car off the next morning. The Subaru location is beautiful and easily seen from the interstate, which is the reason why I ended up in Buda with my car. The work was completed that I had approved and I was able to get my car back the same day. A loaner vehicle was brought up, if the vehicle was going to remain for more work, but was not necessary. I was glad to know it was going to be available. Multiple texts and phone calls were made to update me and I loved the ability to approve work through their online system by using my phone. Everything went smoothly and I think most people would enjoy the easy access to what was happening to their vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future for any work we need. This all started with a simple look on cars.com, deep down I had an idea of what I want as my dream car (and only 2nd car ever purchased for myself), and my husband happened to come across a 2015 Ford Mustang at a great price. We inquired with Kimber first, she was so patient and professional about our situation being that we lived about 3hours away, and helped us get the process going quickly before we even arrived. Mr. Richard Greene took on the sale when we arrived at about 6:30ishpm, he was working on the Mustang as we arrived, that made us feel like we were going to get taken care of, and we were definitely well taken care of. Mr. Rich was very informative with the process and explained everything in great detail to us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!
