He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. Was very happy with the repairs on my jeep.I just wish the warranty would have covered more. It is also nice to know that all the work done is under warranty for two years.

I throughly they were professional, low pressure, responsive and transparent. I went to several other dealerships and found them to be lacking in follow through and rude to my daughter. Kai’s was a breath of fresh air.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. My service manager, Tony Hang, is the best and he is the reason I continue to go to Crown Lexus Of Ontario. I I am always able to make appointments however I always ask for him. If he is not there, I tend to wait until he is. He is very professional yet makes me feel very comfortable. If Tony is busy when I call, he always returns my calls in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints about Lexus and I think Tony is a great asset to your dealership. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing.
