Was very straight forward. Only thing is I would have liked to take the car out for a test drive at highway speed before we bought it-they didn't give us that opportunity.

I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.

Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.

I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.

This car met all my needs. Has a lot of leg room. Comfy and cozy for road trips or just for back and fourth. Back seat the perfect side for small kids or big kids. Rides very smooth with Bluetooth or usb.

I have owned many used cars. There are basically three tiers for used car dealers: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Automotive Network ranks with the best. I saw online, a 2014 Lincoln MKZ for sale. I called them and told them I would be there that day to look at it. When I arrived, I met Steve the salesman. He had the car ready to test drive; it even had a half tank of gas. Many dealers have you test drive a car with the needle on empty. I took the car for a spin and decided to buy it; the price was fair. Steve was very personable and mentioned the business was family owned. Back at the dealership, I met Tom the owner. I had a couple of minor questions with the car, and Tom was very accommodating to work with me. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them. It may cost you a little more at the time, but the quality of the cars they sell, will save you money on future repairs.

The location and facility are not your latest state of the art facility, but Mike and Ed are long time car business pros who look for high end quality cars. My experience was overall very positive and the car was just as good as advertised. There was no haggle on price. The trade in value and asking price were both fair. I got a great 2015 BMW with low miles and will certainly be happy to make another deal with Pro Auto in the future.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. We were in the market for a late model BMW 528i Xdrive, and shopped at several local BMW NJ dealers, however we found most of those experiences to be less than satisfactory. Xavier was the salesman who assisted me in the purchase. I had already scouted out some cars online. They have a great website with everything you need to know about the cars. They even have the Carfax info for the cars. Xavier did a good job of keeping things rolling for me on a busy Saturday. I bought the car that most fit my needs and they worked with me to get me the price that fit my budget.

The SUV has very low miles, the black exterior had no crashes and the interior looks practically new. It was taken care of for sure.

This vehicle was far too much for me. Satisfies the need for speed. Over all handling is excellent & very sporty. Awesome on pick up & curves. Probably cost a ton to maintain though. Passed on trying to purchase this vehicle.
